Cornerstone was recommended to me as I needed professional advice regarding sdlt, and a professional service I recieved.
My situation was explained to Arshana who compiled all necessary information, and promptly give clear, detailed advice, nothing was too much trouble, which for me was very reassuring.

I am a home buyer from oversea.
I am glad that I've found Conerstone and appointed them as my tax advisor. Their employees have in-depth knowledge in STLD by walkthrough the rationale and justification with me before proceeding the claim with HMRC. An excellent service. They helped us save a lot of money in stamp duty because the house we bought had a separate annex. Maria was friendly and efficient.

I asked for some advice about a potential future reclaim of tax as I was unsure on a few things having received some complicated responses from other firms. Mr Sam Warrens of CTATAX.UK was not only swift to respond, but he made things really clear for me.
Not only that but his advise was such that he demonstrated how I could make the claim my self, without having to employ a firm to do so (including his own firm).

I called Cornerstone asking for advice on Stamp Duty. Specifically whether I would have to pay SDLT on an small area of land that I wanted to buy to add to the garden of a bungalow that I had offered on. Aamirah was very helpful and came back to me with all the advice that I needed in a couple of days.
