The cue is brilliant and came slightly earlier then expected. Also i had a few questions when placing order and after ordering and someone was always on the end of the phone very willing and keen to help. Great customer service.

Got a cue alteration from Cuecraft over a year ago phoned to get a similar alteration and price went from £25 to £57 over double which is incredible. Whilst I appreciate prices have risen I believe over double the price is taking advantage of the situation. Unfortunately will not be dealing with cuecraft again not the company I once knew.

I have waited 12 weeks for a Mirage cue and a break cue only to be told the cue was manufactured with a bend in it and it would have to be made again! There has been no correspondence from Cue Craft to let me know what has happened and if the cue maker can't make a straight cue, then it's time to go! Needless to say I have cancelled my order for both cues and demanded a refund, but they only wanted to refund the bent cue, not the other one......unbelievable! Full refund now on it's way......

This is my 2nd cue from Cue craft (I dropped my other cue and something was rattling around inside it) and I couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is superb, and the finished cue is stunning. Due to how busy they were they quoted 10 to 12 weeks for completion, however, it was delivered within 8 weeks. Superb customer service on both occasions and will definitely be returning in future

We bought the cue only five months ago for our 12 year old son. We waited 6 weeks for it to be made, then waited for international delivery. After 5 months the cue started to fall apart, a long crack appeared. We contacted the company to seek a solution. Cue Craft from the very beginning made the statement that the crack was caused by hitting the cue on the floor. They blamed our son and asked us to send it for them to examine. We did as they indicated, incurring an additional cost of 50 GPB because we live abroad. Given that the crack was not just at the end but also at the top of the cue, they wrote that our son hit not just the floor but also the snooker table with the cue. Can you imagine how hard you would have to hit the wooden cue on the wooden table without any sharp edges to cause such damages?
We are extremely disappointed, they completely ignored us, jumped to false accusations straight away as to what happened with the cue, without even the slightest willingness to look into the matter. I don’t recommend Cue Craft to anyone. The cue we received is of very poor quality, from the very beginning little dents appeared even with a light touch on the table (nobody hit the table) and finally the long crack appeared in such a short period of time it's clear the quality they advertise just wasn't there. Finally, we got an answer that the cue is not repairable and they are unable to do anything. Of course we didn’t receive our money back or any kind of help, just accusations. Now our son has to borrow a cue to play in tournaments and we have to pay once again for a new one and wait for it again. All thanks to the "great quality" provided by Cue Craft.
We will definitely not buy from Cue Craft, nothing, ever. Andrew

ordered a basic, short wedge butt, came exactly to my specifications, silky smooth shaft, lovely weight, well packaged with a piece of wood so wouldn't be damaged, everyone who has seen and used it was well impressed with it. as this was for snooker, pool is my main game, have just ordered a new pool cue, if its as good as this cue, will be more than happy.

New came ahead of advertised delivery time. I am delighted with the finished product and would definitely use Cuecraft again.
