Excellent quality of products and service reliable delivery

Got what I asked for weight tip size etc cue is great enjoy playing with it ....I bought an extra weight for the cue and some spare chalk & tips ...Happy with everything great service ty cuecraft

I'm loving my new 60" cue, I have to admit I found the 12 week time very long but now that I am using it regularly I can say it was definately worth the wait. I'm 6'3" with long arms too so my new longer cue has instantly improved my long potting and screw back greatly. Thanks very much Cue Craft Ltd.

Prompt and accurate service. The personnel was nice and caring, which made the communication very easy.

Recieved a well packaged 3/4 P8P6 pool cue today. It was a week late (13 weeks), but well worth the wait. Plays really well and tip didn’t need any work on it. As an added bonus you can swap the butt section for the mini butt making a shorter cue for them tight rooms. Still very playable at the shorter length.

Cue arrived when it stated, played with it last night and got exactly what I asked for. So much better than a off the shelf one as I find them to short. Best cue iv ever had.

Whilst having bot receiving my cue yet as it has a twelve week build frame, the experience I’ve had so far has been great. I look forward to using it once delivered.

I ordered a new cue from Cue Craft about 10 weeks ago and received a call to say it was ready, I drove straight there and I cannot even begin to explain how good this cue is. It is simply stunning, the workmanship is incredible, this is my third cue and the feel of it is just so smooth and just feels like real quality. I showed my friend the same evening and he is going to the shop soon to order one.

Not only is the cue superb, the staff are so friendly and do not sell, sell, sell they leave you to try the cues on the table they have in the shop and every time I asked a question they explained everything really well and I learnt a lot.

So if you want a cue made to suit you go to these guys they are just brilliant.

After having my old cue for well over 13 years!!! I thought it might be time to try a new one. Having looked around and spoken to many people I play with on a weekly basis I decided on cue craft.

Speaking to staff in store is easy, all very welcoming, willing to give advise on any questions asked.

I decided on new cue. Was told it would be around 6 weeks due to high demand (which I can see why).

Quality is excellent, met the specs of what I was wanting.

Playing with it was night and day to my old warped cue

10/10 would definitely recommend to friends wanting to get into the game

just received my Cuecraft 3/4 Triumph TR6 Snooker Cue and Extension.its so beautiful and so smooth.the wood is so beautiful its got so many lines mean its very old adding up the lines in the wood.snooker cue is so much better than ive had before in other makes of snooker cues.thanks a lot on my Cuecraft 3/4 Triumph TR6 Snooker Cue
