Gabby was fantastic! I ordered and received a jacket with some loose stitching so I emailed in and was connected with Gabby. She explained everything with the review process and got a new jacket sent out right away. I've been meaning to order a few things from Culture Kings in the past but haven't fully committed. After the excellent customer service, I will have no problems ordering anything in the future. It's reassuring to know that there are people who will take care of you have an issues comes about.

I had an issue with my order that came due to receiving the wrong shirt, I had Donna contact me regarding the mix up and she was efficient, helpful and kind. She acknowledged that it wasn’t up to company standards and she promptly responded and replied with a fix, getting the correct shirt sent out with express shipping. Thank you to Donna for the amazing service and support!!

i was having a breakdown because i had put down the wrong address, so i was frantically trying to undo my error on the site which was unsuccessful until i rang the number provided and was greeted by a lovely lady named Alphonsine, she was able to fix my error in a few seconds while still being very polite. i think she deserves a raise, thank you all

She did everything possible to ensure i am able to receive my package within a timeframe that was promised & even with unforeseen circumstances time after time, she still followed up & never left me in the dark! A HUGE thank you to Donna for being absolutely amazing! I had accidentally ordered two medium hoodies when I actually needed one medium and one large, and although she explained that requests like this don’t always go through, she went above and beyond to help me and had everything sorted in less than 24 hours!

Donna was incredibly quick and helpful and made the entire experience completely stress-free. I’m genuinely so grateful for the effort she put into helping me, especially considering this type of request isn’t always possible.
