Currys - Bristol Longwell Green レビュー 

Ordered 3 items for collection in store at Bristol Longwell Green. When I got home, I discovered I had only actually been given 2/3 items. There is no option to call the store directly so I raised the error with main customer services phone line and was given a reference number. Despite following up twice via the online chat and spending nearly 2 hours trying to chase for a response I've heard nothing back. Every time I've been told the store would be in touch via phone, also to note they apparently don't have an email address to either contact them on or for them to get in touch with customers.

I can understand the store making an initial mistake but the follow up customer service has been terrible. I would just like the refund at this point. Since there is no longer a Currys in Bristol city centre it's very inconvenient to have to go to the out of town stores and I don't wish to make the journey unnecessarily. At this point I would just like a refund for the missing item and move on from this experience.

Very easy to sort my purchase ,polite and efficient staff.

Always my go-to for any electrical appliances. Our freezer died so we needed a replacement ASAP! Found what we needed, ready for collection within the hour, all simple!

Product was available to collect on time and as described.
3 stars is due to the general lack of customer focus on their stores.
Standing at the counter waiting while, store pretty much empty and the staff having a chat nearby with zero acknowledgement.
Consistently a feeling that the staff are"doing you a favour" by serving you
Would of gone to John Lewis if this store wasn't much closer.

Hi , yes I bought a new washing machine on Monday 28th sept . The assistant was very helpful as I thought , everything went through delivery next day . I was under the Impression as we asked her specifically that we wanted the old one took away . It wasn't on the job sheet the delivery man apologised he said he didn't have room or they would have taken it . So I had to go up to curry 's and arrange pick up , lucky for us another van picked up same day . But we had to go up and arrange it , thought we d already paid . Don't mind that if it gets the old one taken away .

I am writing to formally address an issue regarding my order for an iPhone 18 Pro (256 GB) placed on September 30, 2026. Although I was initially promised delivery by October 2, 2026, the shipment did not arrive; subsequent inquiries with customer support revealed that the burgundy model was out of stock. Following this, I modified my order to the black variant, which was confirmed as available, yet as of today, October 4, 2026, I have still not received the device, nor have I been provided with any tracking information or status updates.

The tracking order just states order placed.

I visited the longwell green branch. Sharon, the lady that helped me was lovely ! I went in for AirPods and she was very helpful, chatty and kind and we had a lovely conversation. She certainly went the extra mile and honestly made a difference to my day
