Staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Fabulous customer service. How nice to be given clear advice and facts about the dishwashers we were looking at. Mark went out of his way to get us the best deal and his manner was polite and calm throughout. There was no pushy sales patter , he gave us time to discuss our options and that is why we ended up buying both a dishwasher and a printer off him at the same time.

Really disappointed with Curry’s freezer wouldn’t fit through my door. I spent over an hour messaging curry’s about the problem. Nobody to actually talk to!!
Now had message to say wait for 11 days for delivery I have no fridge for freezer. It was ordered about the 11/9. Delivery now 29/11. I think I could get it quicker from somewhere else. Bee

Bob was very helpful in explaining the diference between the various printers I was looking at enabling me to make an informed choice.

I was greeted and passed onto Sam and she was amazing and very thorough. I said what I was looking for but not a chrome book and something small. She took me straight to a laptop that I was happy with read out the specifications that I would probably need and looked for offers for me too.
I mentioned the extras that I wanted and she immediately did some searching and came up with the correct extras that I needed again looking for the best deal for me. She also took time out to seek information about if the laptop could be set up on a day that I needed as I can’t get into the store on a week day. On the whole very satisfied with the overall buying experience and service.

Needed a new washing machine. Reviewed machines online and compared prices. Curry’s showed to be competitive with price as well as choice of machines. Attended the store and spoke with a very experienced washing machine person who provided great advice. Bought a Samsung and drove away with the machine. So pleased with the experience.

Finding what I wanted was easy and great delivery within the time slot.

The TV arrived damaged and I cut my finger on the broken screen. As the packaging was not damaged it must have been broken when it was boxed up implying poor quality control. When I phoned I was transferred three times and had to give all my details each times. Then I was told that, even though I completed the purchase in store, it was to be treated as an online order.

Ease of ordering for collection and the actual collection was amazing. ordered online and went to collect it the next day. The collections team had it out of the storeroom and into my car in minutes. Friendly staff who greeted me with a smile.

Seriously incompetent company with no phone number! What is the point of ringing India when they can’t help at all.

Amazing staff and excellent customer service (professional & efficient)

We bought a fridge freezer and tumble dryer from Curry’s Bromborough last week. Mark was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience so easy. I would definitely go back the next time we need a large appliance.
