Helpful staff.

The two gentlemen (Stace and Tom) who delivered our new tumble dryer and removed the old one on the 13 October 26 were most helpful, professional, polite and chatty and did an excellent job in positioning the new dryer. They were excellent representatives for Currys.

Mel was very helpful and very patient with a 78 year old. She explained everything in detail and organised a delivery time which suited me.
Kolinio and Perry delivered at the correct time and were respectful of the premises and good at explaining how the TV worked.

Firstly we were greeted upon entering the store. Then, whilst looking at TV’s we were asked if we needed any help.

Bought a laptop online for collection from a (nearly) local store (45 mins drive) as my daughter needed one fast! Got it home and found that the power supply was missing. Then followed several fruitless chats with Currys. Basically they needed the product returned for refund, and then replaced complete. Crazy they expect us to suffer 1.5h drive, petrol, wear and tear, to correct their mistake. They can't just send out a replacement power supply. Very poor quality support, aided and abetted by the stupidest AI chatbot I've ever encountered. Cheaper to buy a new power supply on the internet than to drive to the store, but why should I pay for their terrible support?

The response from Currys was particularly annoying. Apologies for my experience and hope that it would be better next time! No attempt at all to fix this problem. Avoid.

I ordered a sodastream CO2 cylinder online for collection at the local branch and I was informed within the allowed time that my order was ready for collection. The cylinder was an exchange (empty one being returned, full one being purchased) but when I got to the branch I was informed that the online process did not permit an exchange. The staff at the branch managed to resolve the problem by canceling the online order and treating me as a walk in customer. Firstly, what numpty designed the a system which does not permit the exchange of such an item and do they still have a job, secondly, full marks to the staff at my local branch who resolved the situation to my satisfaction and in a practical manner. All in all, another example a problem created by a poorly designed system being mitigated by good service from the staff on the shop floor.

My experience with buying a laptop at a curry's store was dreadful. I went to Canterbury store to buy a laptop which when I went to collect it was not there. It turn out they had not ordered it in the first place. So trying to contact the store was impossible. Plus I spoke to three different managers to get the matter resolved. Took two weeks to get they told me 3 days.They are so unprofessional. If you can find the product somewhere else do that. Do not buy from curry's.

We were served by Kieran who was very knowledgeable. We purchased a fridge freezer and dishwasher. He helped with all our queries and made our experience very pleasant.
