In store service was great but I wasn’t asked if I wanted a time slot for delivery, I tried the customer contact number but could not get through, we chat couldn’t help, had to return to store to arrange a time slot, Kayla was very helpful and sorted everything out

Washing machine was delivered and installed with obvious damage to the front top half that the delivery man would have definitely seen. Customer service was a shambles and I had to go into the store to sort this out. I requested a full refund instead of a replacement as have no trust in your company. The delivery men also scratched my front door. Would never buy a product from curry’s Dundee again. They did the bare minimum to resolve the problem and now I have to wait 4 days for the faulty washing machine to be picked up to be issued a refund. Terrible service. They have cost me money out of my own pocket for other mashing alternatives and to repaint my front door.

I was looking for a new iPad. The tech assistant called Fraser was very helpful and friendly. He helped me choose the right iPad for my needs. A very smooth transaction.

The Dyson customer assistant was very helpful in giving us all the relevant information about the product we wished to purchase. The Currys staff member dealt with our transaction efficiently.

From use of the website to source items , set up payment plans, protection insurance and arrangement deliveries the website is easy to navigate and obtain what you require,
Also visit the store and the helpful and informative staff make shopping a breeze, a trusted high street brand, others might say different, but for my electrical goods and such they're the place to go for me

I ordered the stuff and delivered within 2 days

Bought TV, got home set it up only to find it was broken (damaged), tried to phone them only to face Ai bots, or customer chat that couldn't help but could give me a phone number. This could of been easily resolved had I actually been able to get through to the branch. but no 30 mins wasted waiting to get through to someone who couldn't help anyway. and to top it off four days later and I'm still waiting for my refund to be processed, I would try to phone to find out what's happening, but the so called number for the branch doesn't actually put you through to anyone at the branch. Never using them again.

Damaged goods on delivery

Very friendly and helpful staff,was treated with respect unlike other places I have been.

Ordered a click and collect item. Received notification that it was ready but when I arrived it could not be found. I was told that the emails sometimes come out to quickly, a bit of staff training required I think. After a 15min wait the item turned up. It was in the cupboard all the time, exactly where it should have been! Not impressed.
