Excellent from start to finish. Removed old washing machine & installed new one. It was tricky but they persevered and were so helpful and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Curry’s again.

Sharon approach us as we enter to shop to look for a new cooker. Sharon listened to our requirements and she guided us to what is available in the shop. She explained much details to my questions what was specification on the products to her best ability.

During the year of 2026 I have made several major purchases of white furniture and computer orientated software. No hard sell attitude but useful statements helped me to make my decisions each time. Different sales people each time. Good to be mase to feel wanted.

I paid for a specific time to deliver ...I was emailed confirming time etc ...great
Deliverers turned up very very early kept ringing me (but my phone blocks unknown callers ) I thought as several calls must be important so rang them back which was really inconvenient I had just bought breakfasts for my grandchildren we had to leave them as men appeared impatient ..left my Fridge Freezer bit of dispute to take old one again I'd paid for ..fridge not level wobbly but men had gone...a bit care wouldn't have gone amiss..

The staff at the Durham store are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. Their attitude makes it feel as though they are doing you a favour by serving you, rather than simply doing their job. Unfortunately, this is the closest store to where I live, so I have had to shop there more than 10 times. Disappointingly, every single visit has been a poor experience. The lack of friendliness and willingness to help makes shopping here an unpleasant experience, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the standard of customer service.

From stepping through the doors the staff were very helpful. The choice was good and my purchase had a discount on it. I have taken the three year insurance out on it.

Quick delivery from ordering, great staff who removed and installed new washing machine. They were friendly and efficient. Notified of time of arrival which helps.
