Price increased by 40% then reduced again 6 days later but when we finally purchased the item. Communication and service was good.

We went to buy a TV and an oven
Lorraine, the member of staff that helped us was outstanding 10 out of 10!! She was more than helpful with both our purchases. Considerate to our needs and made some very good suggestions and cleared up some technical questions about both purchases that actually helped us make a decision which to purchase.
She was a pleasure to talk to and even helped us get the enormous tv into the car. Nothing was a chore and our trip was made all the better for Lorraine dealing with us. Brilliant!!

I managed to track down this glossy printing paper.
I have been using it for years but it seems to be getting scarce.

The sales assistant, Zayne, was helpful and knowledgeable and ensured our purchase suited our needs and affordability.

The lady assistant was very helpful, measuring various machines for us, we then decided on the tumble drier and a man took it to our car and helped us in with it, very satisfied with the help we got.

The experience was really nice. The colleague are really understand what you need and they guide you well so that made my experience really good.

Ordering online is easy and collection or delivery are easy options. Always get my electrical from currys

Great work by the staff. Managers really helpful as well as the store was clean and good range of products.
One thing to add would be the store was hot and it was colder outside. For a tech store having an aircondition should be must.

No staff at Stevenage branch and after waiting for ages, found out they didn’t the item. Went to the Hemel Hempstead branch and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew what they were talking about.

Needed a new TV after a lightning strike. Once I found a sales assistant (Nishh), he was very helpful, and I ended up purchasing the TV I had been looking at.
I was given a convenient delivery date/slot; the delivery staff turned up on time and were efficient and friendly. *One complaint: being unfamiliar with modern TVs, I asked how to get terrestrial channels, and was told to go to 'Guide' and scroll to my preferred channel. After they had left, I couldn't find any terrestrial channels - they hadn't mentioned that there is a whole multi-stage process to add these channels, and there was no user guide with the TV. I had to spend over an hour on the phone to someone I know who luckily has a similar TV. So if you're a pensioner like me or have limited knowledge of modern TVs, make sure EVERYTHING is working to your satisfaction before the delivery staff leave.
