Thomas was fantastic and very helpful on purchasing my new cooker.

Staff at the Lowestoft branch have always been brilliant. We had an issue with an item and it was immediately replaced. Great that you can drop off your old appliances. Definitely worth an all round five stars.

Staff really friendly and super helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is everytime we go in there never seems to be enough staff of the floor. You have to try and find someone in order to purchase something. Great for the company that they are so busy but there is potential for customers to get fed up waiting and go somewhere else. Just an observation. Once you have a member of staff though they are amazing!

Bought new Dyson hoover online paid via Apple Pay on my iPad , received clear email saying I needed to give last 3 digits of card I used to pay with , at shop when I gave my debit card I paid with last digits it didn’t match as Apple Pay changes the digits for security which I wasn’t aware of . My issue here is on the email sent from curry’s there was no warning of this a simple statement added would have saved my wasted trip , the fault lies here with curry’s as it’s just not communicated wasted journey time and day I chose to cancel item this is also an extremely non human process so not only could I not get item but I have to wait 14 days to get my refund moral here is find item and pay in store or curry’s actually warn customer of actual requirements for all paying methods they offer.

Was greeted upon entering store by sales assistant who helped us find what we wanted and proceeded to deal with our sales whilst under training with another assistant.
Both assistants fully explained every step and went out of there way to make our shopping experience easy and trouble free.

Delivery was very good & Ben and James were very helpful.

We took our 2 week old laptop back to the shop and once it was determined faulty they replaced it and set the new one up for us. As usual Dawn the tech expert was brilliant and very efficient.

Friendly and Helpful staff. With so many different options, they provided me with Great product advice tailoring my purchase to suit my needs. Being able to discuss what i actually want and try the products for real before buying is a huge positive.

We wasn’t sure which fridge freezer to buy but the staff member was very helpful in the difference between them and gave us the time to make our choice without being pushy

The team phoned to confirm that they were 10 minutes away. I got home to find they had already unwrapped my new machine & were waiting to remove the old. Both guys were very pleasant & respectful of my property. The instalation took minutes and they confirmed all done, no leaks. Perfect !!

Did not have the carpet cleaner I wanted but tried their best to suggest another one. The carpet cleaner arrived very swiftly and has done a splendid job so far.

Ordered online to collect in store. Welcomed with the usual rudeness of staff in this branch. Unhelpful, rude and unprofessional.

Very good service and extremely knowledgeable by the young man that initially served me. I went away for 15 minutes to think about my purchase and when I returned and the original young man was busy and the man who served me was very matter of fact and spoke very quickly I had to ask him to repeat everything. I did not really like his attitude towards me which was slightly rude. He definitely need some lessons in customer relations

All are always helpful and willing to help
