Service is shocking! But their is an Argos next door
Just went to buy a TV from Curry’s Lowerstoft. Awful service, staff doing nothing but told I had to wait in a queue for a sales assistant, to buy the tv that I had chosen. The brash nature of Elly “You will have to wait for someone” was nothing short of shock. Saving grace, there was an Argos next door,, the tv was an extra £9 pounds from Argos, but I’d rather part with my money where custom is valued. To curry’s management. Why have you got the storm manager booking customers into a digital queue when there are free assistants? And why employ rude staff like Elly.

TV purchase…
We visited at 9am so not many staff around. We had a good idea of the model we wanted and staff member gave us info. Also when paying the price was more than shown on the model so staff member had to get supervisor to deal with this. We paid the price shown on the tv in the shop, so satisfied.

It's like they don't actually want to sell anything. No staff.
Despite trying to get the attention of staff after selecting the Dyson I wished to purchase I eventually managed to attract a member of staff. Great I thought! However he then informed me I'd be placed in a queue to be served. I had to wait the best part of 10 minutes with my children who were understandably upset and confused about why we were standing in the middle of Curry's aimlessly. Eventually I was brought my machine and completed the sale at the desk.
