Excellent help and advice. Sales Lady was friendly and helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff including a great delivery and set up service

Purchased a matching DeLonghi kettle and toaster in March 2026. Kettle has now stopped working properly(heats water but shuts of well before its boiled). Cant find receipt for kettle but can show transaction for toaster via bank statement. I recall paying cash for toaster and indeed Dan the manager at
Mansfield Currys confirmed someone did indeed buy the same kettle on the same day paying cash. But, none of this is relevant as i dont have a receipt. My question is, why do all of my many other purchases show on their system but not the kettle ive bought? Convenient for Currys. Overall, extremely disappointed with the customer care. Replacement refused, no help offered at all and obviously they couldnt have cared less. I'll be shopping elsewhere in future and would suggest otbers do limewise.

I was able to find and purchase the printer I wanted.
However it was offered with a 10% discount. I had to get someone to check that it still applied. after some checking and discussion we finally got the discount.

Jack in the computer side was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted and actually assisted. I was buying multiple items for a business with no clue about I.T so having someone as helpful was fantastic. Thanks Jack

Ordered click and collect picked up within the hour and only took minutes in store.

The salesperson(Young lady) was extremely informative and supportive throughout the process. She made the entire purchasing experience so easy and hassle-free.

I had no problems sorting out what i wanted and the delivery service was ok the delivery people were friendly and they knew what they were doing in all it was a good experience with currys.

Great customer service

Had great support from Dan, the sales assistant. He helped me identify the right products based on the research I’d done. I like to see things before I buy where possible so had gone into the store in Mansfield for support and to see what was getting. Dan was more than helpful checking information and showing me options for both the microwave and tumble dryer I wanted. He didn’t hurry me at all and was polite and professional throughout. Many thanks for your time and support Dan.

I only went in to Currys to see what Windows laptops there was available and was shown the possibilities with a Chromebook. I was persuaded to buy one and was very pleased and impressed with the knowledge and understanding shown to me by all your staff. Great experience

Item was not delivered within given time slot. I was tracking the item on the app. It showed the driver was at drop off 19 and I was drop off 21. The next time I looked it said “awaiting date”. The chatbot is useless and customer services closed at 6pm, so I have no idea when I will get my item

The sales assistant was very helpful. We were returning a radio/alarm as the alarm no longer worked and it was still under warranty. We were also bringing back an old radio for recycling. We chose a new radio/alarm to replace the broken one and we are very pleased with the quality.

I ordered my Kindle and by 9am the next day it was ready to collect. I have been caught out with online ordering before. If something goes wrong with the item nobody answers emails or messages, so I prefer to deal with a shop where I can talk to staff face to face. I always find Curry's have what I want to purchase at a decent price. They are my go to place for all electrical goods now, vewry pleased with the service.
