I didn't like staff keep coming up to me straight away I couldn't look properly and in comfort

Went looking to replace my current Samsung phone and was pleased with the choices they had. Found the one I wanted at a good price.

Very helpful, friendly staff and Peter was helpful he helped me put the gaming chair in the car

You advertise items for sale on your website then when I go into store they're not available anywhere and you then try to sell me something else instead, bloody waste of time and space.

The young lady that assisted me in the store was helpful, patient and friendly. She couldn’t do enough to help and Stacie and Marcus who delivered and installed the fridge and oven were also helpful, considerate, efficient and very easy to have in the house

Very helpful member of staff, ordered my product for me as no stock in store. Was emailed and sent a text next day as product had been delivered into store. Excellent thankyou

Ordered a new fridge freezer. A friendly sales person showed us all the appliances we could choose from when we told her what we needed. We chose one suitable, paid for it. Delivery was in 3 days on a day of our choice. We were informed of delivery times and it arrived in the time bracket. They took our old fridge freezer away, and unpacked our new one and installed it where we wanted it. They took away our packaging too. Friendly delivery people.

The lady you dealt with my order was very helpful explained everything with my new cooker and the installation would recommend

The young fella that sold me the tele was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great customer service, very helpful

The information was great and the service was good. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only one missing thing is that John Lewis doesn't a 2 year guarantee.

The lady at the shop ( Bev) was very polite & helpful; the guys who made the delivery were very professional and courteous .

Not a good experience. Ordered Hoover online paid for next day delivery. Three days later still waiting. Spoke to Customer Service, who were not very helpful. They said it could be a couple of days. Basically they have lost the package from there warehouse to DPD delivery service. Used the online chat who stared They would carry out a investigation but could take 10 to 14 days which in my view is ridiculous. Went to the local store to speak face to face but they couldn't even check anything because it was bought online, unbelievable. The lady even stated they don't like online customers and prefer customers who come in to the store, as it saves there jobs. All I can say is well done Currys for a good service not.

Ive purchased quite a few items from CURRYS. Unfortunately our latest purchase broke after 6 months. I cant find my receipt but, have been able to give information which i believe clearly demonstrates the facts. But not according to Currys. Whatever you do keep your receipt or as I will in future shop elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I have had repeated contact now with Currys after sales team and seem to just not be getting anywhere, which forces me to leave yet another very visible review.

After repeated calls, emails and taking time out of work to go to the actual store I am left in limbo with no response at all, even after some of their own staff agree with the way I’ve been treated.

I’m not one for public outcry or airing dirty laundry but due to the stress all this has caused me and especially my partner, who’s not long out of major surgery is unacceptable under any circumstance.

I think in this day and age with the technology available especially to a company such as Currys this ought not to be happening.

I will keep updating and reviewing until this matter has been resolved to a standard I, as would most others, think is acceptable.
