The gentlemen who helped me find the TV was very patient and had all the answers I needed, helping me find the right tv within minutes.
I was then helped by a young lady who helped me through the actual buying process who was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot.

Fast and professional and right in the nominated time, always the same service thanks once again

The customer service was straight through and quick. Oliver was polite and was able to answer any questions that I had. He helped me to add my MacBook to my curry’s account and set me up with the store wifi to help make the process faster. He took a low pressure approach and said for me to take my time because he wasn’t in any rush. I walked away happy with my experience and a MacBook that arrived to the address I gave the following day. On the day of delivery I received an email with a passcode and a phone call to validate the email and also check I got insurance. Everyone I met has been kind, caring and patient. It’s why I keep coming back.

Had a good experience whilst purchasing my laptop, Chromebook specialist Mo was 5* in advising how easy it would be to set up. Sales assistant seemed okay but I’ve since had an issue with my McAfee not being scanned properly so I couldn’t install. I returned with product causing problem to be told they needed everything in the bundle returned in order to sort out, so another trip back to store was needed. This I was not impressed about, I had my receipt but was clearly not trusted. My advice would be to other customers make sure you check everything before you leave the store if you do not want to have to continually return for them to correct their mistake.

The staff member provided guidance and key information regarding the products that I wanted. Even went so far as to take my new tv and soundbar to the car for me. He explained everything clearly and assisted with my choice of soundbar which I am yet to install but am confident that it was the correct choice

Super trained staff

We went looking for a new TV and new American style fridge freezer, the colleagues in the showroom were fantastic, so knowledgeable and so passionate about the products they sell, went above and beyond, so refreshing to see

It's the staff, the products can be bought anywhere, but the staff treated me amazingly.

The customer service was jut brilliant, your staff take time out to explain to me everything I need to know about the gadget I was buying and I really appreciated it.

The operator/store worker that helped me buy my iPhone 16 was very helpful and nice and explained everything well to me and my mum when we didn’t understand something about the finance and he made sure to explain until we understood everything before buying which we really appreciated. His name was Grant, very lovely man

ordered for delivery next day and was pleasantly happy when I got a call saying my delivery was 10 minutes out the next day as asked for the delivery men were quick and efficient to take the old unit away after fitting the new one where it needed to be fitted

Early evening collection one person on customer service collection desk so a queue building up.
Floor manager told us he would get another member of staff to help but this never happened. We were served by the one member of staff behind customer service desk after a long wait and even when she was serving us she was speaking on her headset sorting out other problems. I felt sorry for the member of staff but I left there not feeling a valued customer so will try to shop elsewhere in future.
