I ordered a power adaptor online for my Macbook and within an hour it was confirmed that it would be available for collection the next day. You can't better service than that.

Easy to order. Picked up in an hour. Staff helped to load the car.

Personal service in a bright welcoming store by assistants who know what they are talking about.
Although the product was out of stock until the following day, we received it the day after.

I visited the Currys Midway store on Sunday to purchase a high-value bundle, including a laptop, a TV, and a few other items. While I am happy with the items, the post-purchase experience and the attitude of the staff were absolutely shocking.
When paying, I was told they could not print a physical receipt due to a "printer error." Because I need the receipt to protect my product warranties, I asked for an explanation. I was promised that a digital copy would be emailed to me within 24 hours.
It has now been 3 days and I still have not received my receipt.
To make matters worse, when my family and I tried to get answers and figure out what was happening before leaving, the staff started laughing at us. They looked down on us and treated us like we were some kind of joke or beneath them, rather than paying customers spending a lot of money in their store.
This level of incompetence and utter disrespect is unacceptable. I have no proof of purchase for thousands of pounds worth of electronics, no warranty protection, and I was mocked by the employees. I want this resolved immediately and my receipt sent to me. Do not shop at this branch if you expect to be treated with basic human decency.

Computer replacement
My old computer is several years old and not performing well so I decieded that I needed to buy a new one. The guy at Curry;s Rochester (Grant) was very helpful and clear in hs explanations and questions as to what I required. He made the whole purchase easy and straightforward which was much appreciated

Not happy, took a day off work for delivery, nobody arrived and no call to let me know they wasn’t coming! I had to call to try to find out why? then they just rearranged it for the Friday when I was working so I had to make another call to arrange a time as I was working. She informed me after already paying a delivery charge that if I wanted a time slot they wanted another £45 from me. And the only way I could get a refund on my first delivery charge is to go back in store… ? Why when the store wasn’t to blame for it not being delivered! Why is the customer expected to do all the running around to put there mistake right??? 😤

Worst experience ever, I experienced Racial discrimination at the Curry’s store in Maidstone Road Chatham. I have raise an official complaint and awaiting a response. I will never ever visit any Curry’s store until they ensure customers are not racially profiled and treated unfairly because of their skin colour.

I really great service from the store to delivery, took all the packaging away, so we did not have to worry about it, placed the items we brought near to where we wanted them, so a great help, would highly recommend

I went to Curry’s store in Chatham undecided as to which steam cleaner to purchase. Staff Hollie came to my rescue to explain the products they had, how to use them and the benefits. She was excellent in her knowledge, very thorough, patient and helpful. Thank you again Hollie.

I went to buy a washing machine and was dealt with by Grant who was very helpful. My machine was delivered on the 26th September and the people who delivered it were quick, efficient and polite. What I was extremely dissatisfied with was the delivery day. I had paid for it to be delivered on the 25th between 09.00 and 13.00. I went on the tracking app and it was out for delivery and I was drop 6. Not a problem. One o'clock came and went but I thought maybe the driver had been held up somewhere.Two o'clock came and went. I checked the tracking app and my drop had disappeared. I rang the helpline number and was told I was down for delivery on the 26th. I told her I had been on the tracker and it had been out for delivery but she was adamant my delivery was the 26th even though my paperwork had said 25th and so did the text that been sent to my mobile. Strangely, about 5 or 10 minutes after I spoke to her I had a text saying it would be delivered on the 26th. Two things I would say for future reference; if the delivery will fail let the customer know, not just leaving them sitting waiting aimlessly. Secondly, do something with the tracking app so it can be tracked. All it did was say it was out and what drop number I was. It didn't update to give me some idea how long the delivery would be. On a positive note, when we went to Curry's to complain the person at the help desk returned our delivery charge without any quibbles.

Good advisors in choosing product. They went to all extent to help me get product even though they have run out at the particular branch. Delivery was smooth.

I went to Curry's to collect an under the counter freezer, I stood at the desk for a couple of minutes, there were 4 members of staff standing close by just chatting away, think it was the supervisor who asked one of them to serve me, dont think he wanted to cause he said let someone else do it, anyway cut a long story short, he did adventualy take me to the desk, and proceeded to check my details on computer. The young chap who loaded it into my car was really helpful, lovely chap very polite. I have mobility issues, he was very pleasant. All in all very satisfied thank you

Given bad advice in store. The purchased double was not connected by Currys as paid for. Their salesman our connection point was suitable but Engineer said is was not. He said their only interested in the sale and tell you what you want to hear to get the sale.
Had to arrange connection by an electrician myself. I was able to get my connection costs back by going back to the Horsted Park store.
