Still no money back and no call or email from these criminals this is now a joke do not use this company went to the store last night to see if they could help and got told it’s nothing to do with them. This is an absolute disgrace and please don’t reply saying you will help or email as you never do every reply on here is lies from Currys again no customer service at all

I went in, and was only looking / browsing for a new lap-top, as my old one was VERY old, and I definately needed a new one, especially as Windows 10 was no longer being supported, plus furthermore, my current lap-top was not Windows 11 compatible.

Mehreen came over and was very polite, and explained the ranges and prices - plus 'bundles.'

Her knowledge was excellent, and was in know way pushy into doing a sale - she just explained everything I needed for my requirements.

Plus Ali - resident computer expert - sucessfully cured my old lap top "Critical Error" fault, which was excellent, as I was getting concerned that I could lose all my data / photos - everything, so that was very good.

All data etc was transferred to my new lap top, with minimal fuss too!

Efficient and helpful

Staff member was very helpful, not pushy. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us where to look and left us until we were ready to call him over and make a purchase. Explained Insurance documents.

I went in knew what I wanted, found it. Had a brief interaction with a guy who was managing the floor to clarify a point about the product which he answered confidently. Took my purchase to the till where Becky was very pleasant, friendly and the item was bought in no time.

I was on my way to catch a ferry and was pushed for time. A young French sales assistant (sorry, l can’t remember her name) helped me find a laptop that suited my needs. She was efficient, friendly and very helpful with recommendations. A credit to your company.

Visited the store (Kingston Park) after checking the price match criteria. On arrival, the store would not honour the price and declined sale. On contacting customer services, they confirmed it was valid and issued a discount code to use on line. very dismissive in store with 'couldn't care less' attitude

The salesman knew what he was talking about got a good deal on the TV and its as good as he promised so all good at the moment, unfortunately he didn't have a name on his name tag otherwise would have named him

We were never acknowledged and fortunately we knew exactly what we we wanted and 1 was in stock Proceeded to cash desk and other than asking for personal details no further conversation

It was really easy to order a tv to click and collect from store. However the staff member that served me was awful! He treated me like I was causing him a problem, he didn’t not explain all of the safety checks, ie checking my id and phone number, and then spoke to me like I was stupid, and said, you can take it now. It really put me off using that store.
