Item arrived in store for pick up a day later than I was told at checkout.
Was very inconvenient,given the item was bought for a specific and urgent need on the day it was intended to be collected.
Disappointed !

Staff in store very helpful - unfortunately the assistant put the wrong postcode on my order and the delivery man refused to deliver it (despite being only 200 metres away) because 'it was not the postcode on his satnav'. I had to return to the store in Kenton where I bought the fridge/freezer and the assistant there, Ali, did all he could to arrange delivery the next day. As well as redoing my paperwork. 21 days without a fridge - no joke in warm weather.

Purchased a steam iron 4 months ago that suddenly stopped producing steam. I took it back to Currys and they replaced it straightaway without any problem. Great customer service.

First experience in a while to make a purchase from Currys. Impressed with the versatile website in eventually browsing to the product I wanted. The collection at Kingston Park was even better and received excellent service and advice from Alec who's product knowledge was comprehensive and refreshing.

Ameen our assistant was very pleasant and welcoming. He had an excellent knowledge of laptops the store had on offer and all deals. He explained everything technically and in layman's terms making the purchase so much easier.

The last freezer we purchased from Curry’s stopped working after 4 years of use. It cost us £80 for an engineer to tell us it was unrepairable, and he told us it was damaged by the installers who switched it on and said we could use it straight away.
It should have stood for twelve hours off, to allow the gas to settle to a required level. This new one from you we will set up ourselves and not use until the twelve hours is up. Having told you those details, the sales man who sold us this new one was excellent, and very helpful, and we enjoyed making this purchase. We look forward to the delivery tomorrow afternoon.

The visit to the store was excellent and purchasing what we wanted was so easy. The young man who served us was excellent and very personable. As I had previously taken out a creation finance loan facility on a TV purchase, I decided put the tumble dryer and fridge freezer on that and pay later at no interest for 6 months. Was all done very efficiently. Good that the old dryer was going to be removed and recycled free of charge too. My wife says the 3 delivery guys were great, and left no mess, and had good product knowledge too.

Phone call advising delivery due in 10 minutes. Arrived promptly and were polite and efficient.

The boy who served us, didnt seem very interested. Didnt make much effort.

Lovely lady served us very professional sorted us out in less than 15 minutes

The sales staff were knowledgeable and helped us purchase the right laptop. He also ensured we got the Student Discount, which really helped.

It was very easy to choose the oven I wanted to purchase. The Assistant was knowledgeable. I was given an early delivery date, which I had not requested but it wasn’t until I checked my bill that I found out I had been charged £20 for an early delivery. I would most certainly not have agreed to this.
