aftercare service
Purchased tumble dryer less than 12 months ago which broke down within the 12 month period, also took out Currys Care and Repair plan. Went into the store to report fault and was told to contact Care and Repair. My understanding of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 was that the store had to resolve this under UK law because it was within the 12 month period.
Anyway rang Care and Repair who said an engineer would turn up , so a day was taken off work and the engineer was a no show.
Rang again and was eventually given a number of someone to ring and after countless efforts had no reply.
This has been going on for 3 weeks now.
Rang again and mentioned the 7-Day Fix promise in the terms of the Care and Repair plan ( which was totally ignored), eventually an engineer turned up and could not repair it.
Over 4 weeks in after fault ,Consumer Rights Act 2015
and Currys Care Plan have been totally ignored.
I really feel like contacting BBC Watchdog and the Financial Ombudsman/ Consumer Arbitration over this.
People please do not take out Currys care plan you will be chucked from pillar to post

We had a great experience for our fridge freezer
The whole experience was very good, we had a idea which one we wanted, we looked online, picked the one, we saw a staff member, very friendly and polite, showed us the one we had picked, it looked very nice and said yes straight away.
When the lad's came on Tuesday the 20th of October, they were very friendly and very polite.

I got a indesit my time washing…
I got a indesit my time washing machine, ive had so much trouble with it..ive tried everything..it is hard work i certainly wouldn't recommend it. It washes for ages it vibrates very badly. It won't go into spin & dry 4 most times..its a digital thing so if it's not happy it won't do the wash...just fed up now..had it about 6 months..but its hard work
