The delivery guys were not informed…
The delivery guys were not informed that the doors needed reversing. They then had to lay the fridge down which has resulted in me not being able to plug in the fridge for 6 hours.
They have also damaged the door of the freezer and I am now having to arrange for a replacement fridge. I was also initially told that I was not able to use the fridge as I was asking for a replacement which they could not confirm date of delivery for. Fortunately they have decided to allow me to use the fridge they delivered but unfortunately, due to the timings before I can plug it in and then allowing for it to get to temperature all my food will be defrosted and will need to be disposed of at a replacement value of about £75. Had the doors been reversed before loading based ony order request i don't believe any of this would have happened. I am also certain that they knew they had damaged the door because the energy sticker had been placed over it. It is clear that it wasn't there already as there was no signs of damage to the sticker

Inefficient Pick Up of Order
So I arrive and the collection point is unmanned. I press a button for attention and somebody shouts over to me from the "service desk" or similar. I go over there and explain I am there to pick up my order, the young lady takes my details and then asks somebody to fetch it. He abruptly explains that he is working sales, so won't be fetching it. The young lady then decides that she is the only option to fetch it. She is FINE about it, I just got the impression that whatever systems are in place aren't exactly well defined and efficient. Eventually got my coffee maker and all was well again with the world. I just don't think it worked very well and I felt I was a little bit of an inconvenience.

3rd time lucky
I had visited Telford store twice and been unable to find a colleague to assist me. I called in Friday morning and struck lucky when Sonny approached me and asked if I needed any help. He ordered the product I wanted and was very pleasant and helpful.
I was given a delivery day as Monday but received an email Saturday morning to say it had arrived in-store.
