Currys - Telford レビュー

Easy to compare products on the website, easy to order and arrange delivery. Next day delivery. Although delivery is by DPD who did just leave my package outside the door without notifying me in any way. This is a DPD issue not Curry’s but be aware that this is the delivery service they use.

The young man who dealt with me was really nice and helpful and the manager was really good too. He was very busy but still got me help!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Customer Experience at Currys
Bought my self a new braun series 9 pro shaver..!! Customer advisor was very knowledgeable and friendly..!!
I’ve always had a great experience with Currys. The team is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers find the right products. The staff take the time to explain the options clearly and make sure customers feel confident with their purchases.
What really stands out is the excellent customer service, product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Currys is a great place to shop for technology, with a wide range of products and a team that genuinely cares about helping people.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for great service, competitive prices, and a positive shopping experience. Keep up the fantastic work, Currys! 👏😊

Service was very good. Staff helpful

Easy to order and collect. Good price.

Staff were very welcoming and great at handling our queries

Waited at the counter for a while with an assistant looking at me several times before I asked them if they were dealing with something else then had to ask to be served. Was helpful after that

It didn’t take long to get served, the assistant that took care of me was polite, helpful and knowledgeable, the iPad I was looking for was at a reasonable price and the whole process only took about half an hour and job done well done Currys.

The young man I dealt with listened to my request and advised me what my best option was. First class service.

Warm and friendly reception from young Ryan who then helped explain the pro’s and con’s of each device

Wide selection of fridgefreezers to suit all tastes in size, colour and facilities. Ryan at Telford Currys was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and efficient in spite of English not being his native language. Full marks for mastering British language and selling techniques. Currys' training and management are superb. All possible savings were examined and used for our benefit. Unit to be delivered and fitted in 2 days time. Old unit taken and recycled at low cost.

I recently purchased a refurb laptop from Currys - I wanted a certain type but a new laptop was too expensive - I found a used refurb on on Currys website and purchased it and collected my item 2 days later. It was very clean and well packed and when I logged in the laptop setup felt like a new one. The condition of my item is very good and the price is worth it.

Sunny was fantastic as always. very knowledgeable and always gives the best advice.

We had great assistance from the moment we arrived at the store. Wonderful help with our purchases. I think the member of staff was called Sonny. Very friendly and fantastic service

No problems TV arrived in 2 days

I went in to collect my online purchase and although I had a bit of a wait I was prepared to wait for an Assistant to help as I wanted some help with a TV and other small appliances. I was assisted by Jeremy who was a super star.
