I was mis-sold a tv in this store. After going off the staff member's advice and recommendation, we bought an LG tv, in which we were told twice that we could watch live tv, without an aerial or device, such as a firestick. This was confirmed on two occasions. After opening it and buying the tv, it was found this was not true. Returned to store, the short gentleman at customer services with blond/white hair, was so rude, dismissive, argumentative and kept interrupting us. I've never experienced such poor customer service. He again provided incorrect technical details, stated we were incorrect and refused to help, despite having received confirmation that the details he provided are not true. The staff at every interaction have lacked customer service, people skills and knowledge! Go to a different store to avoid being mis-sold products. The other reviews confirm this to be the case too.

Did not get what I wanted exactly but understood why. Salesman very cooperative. Really wanted a table top fridge but when arrived home it was an under counter one. Will try snd make the most and perhaps sell my redundant table top one.

Friendly but professional and knowledgeable staff member (David).

Sales person was patient, listened to what i wanted. Explained the the technical side of certain washing machines,and guided me too the right model for my needs.

We needed to buy a tumble dryer , the currys employee Harry was very helpful and answered all of our queries in a friendly and informative manner .

Item was in stock. Notified within a hour of ordering for pick-up. Collection process was smooth and quick. Very helpful member of staff.

Went to tunbridge wells store today and was helped by staff member Prerit - we wanted to buy a TV but didn't know where to start. Prerit was so helpful ! He had patience for all of our questions, helped us compare different options, showed us demos and honestly just really helpful and patience. We wanted to go away and think about it and when we came back he was more than happy to help us with payment and answer last minute questions for us. Prerit was fantastic! and made our experience really pleasurable.

Wanted to buy a new TV but had little idea what would be most suitable.
Reece spent as much time as we needed to explain all options. He is obviously very knowledgeable and with a very pleasant manner. We know we have bought exactly the right equipment for us.

The fridge is great we were talked into an insurance and then when we unpacked it a label on the fridge said it had 10 years parts warranty if we had been told that we would have thought twice !!! So we’re a bit put out. But I guess everyone if trying to push extras at Curry’s !!!

The young gentleman , Jack , was most helpful , although we had already decided on the freezer. The only problem we experienced was with the guarentee period , which seemed at odds with most purchase. I only hope we do not come across any product problems .

Great experience. Seller was really friendly and cordial. Knew his stuff; was fantastic service overall.

My washing machine broke down and had to get one urgently the same day James from Tunbridge wells Currys made sure that happened
