Fantastic service from Andrews! I visited Currys recently and was assisted by Andrew. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable throughout my entire visit. He took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect choice without making me feel rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service—Andrew is an absolute credit to the team!

Great customer service from the team. The best Currys store ever

We brought fridge freezer,cooker and small chest freezer
Delivery was Monday only the fridge freezer was delivered phoned number the delivery man gave us finially got through to a company in India no help at all couldn't understand them.
Drove back down to Currys to be told they couldn't do anything until the following day no proper apology said I would have to come back the following day . Came back the following day as I pulled up outside the store they rang and said the items couldn't be delivered until the following Monday or Tuesday I told them I was coming in . Went in and demanded my money back absolutely awful service will not be returning

NEVER BUY IN STORE.
If you do then the chances of returning the item are low. Currys use a confusing policy that differs between stuff bought online and in the shop. We were gifted a TV and opened the box at home. It was massive!! So we immediately replaced it in the box and went to Currys to make an exchange. They refused to discuss and told us we must remove it from the premises with no refund or exchange. It’s two days later and I’m selling it on Facebook Marketplace. The staff in the TW branch of Currys were incredibly unsympathetic. Every attempt at discussion was met with ‘those are the rules’!!
Very unpleasant experience and a truly obnoxious ’jobsworth’ lady manager. She never smiled or showed any courtesy. It was them v us from the moment they discovered that we’d dared to look inside what had been a gift from parents.

The salesperson listened to the reason I picked a particular model and did not try to sell me something I did not need.

Returned as faulty printer was able to easily exchange as had purchased extended warranty. Great advice and support.

Curry’s do not give you a VAT receipt at point of in store purchase automatically - you have to ask for it. Not do they ask if you would like one. If you don’t remember to ask at point of purchase, the ‘helpline’ then tells you the only way you can get a VAT receipt is by going back in store!!!!! After insisting I wasn’t going to do that they then said that if I phoned the ‘helpline’ back 48 hours when their systems updated, then they would be able to do it for me. What a joke - so much for the digital age. Will not be buying from Curry’s again - useless

Imformative helpful possibly on arrival of tv happy wait until Sunday delivery

Excellent service, member of staff was thorough, knowledgeable and listened to our requirements.
He was patient with elderly customers and offered the best range of products and prices for their needs.

The driver was nicely on time and gave me a 5 minute warning of arrival, which was very nice. The two gentlemen had the washing machine up my stairs and into my kitchen in a minimumof time and with absolutely no fuss. The general manner and friendliness of both was simply first class and I could not have asked for anything better.
This was very much in line with my in shop experience which was equally painless and professional. Well done Currys.

Paid for installation, left with an unfinished job

I paid £115 for installation of an integrated fridge freezer specifically so that the job would be completed properly without me having to manage the process myself.

The installation could not be completed because the team did not have the appropriate wood needed to level and balance the appliance. I have now been told that I may need to source and pay for the wood myself, then rebook another service visit to get the installation finished.

What is particularly confusing is that I was informed that teams in other parts of the country carry the appropriate materials in the warehouse and on their vans, so I am unclear why the service appears to differ depending on location.

I have also received multiple messages asking me to rate my experience, despite the installation still being incomplete. I paid for a complete installation service. I do not think it is reasonable that I should now have to source materials, incur additional cost and organise another visit because the installation team did not have what was required.

At this stage I simply want Currys to take ownership of the issue and contact me. I have written and awaiting reply.

Good staff, very pleasant & communicative. Very receptive to our issues with a good outcome.

Had to replace Dyson v10, found good price and easy to pay with flexpay 😉
