Mi experiencia con Daniel Wellington ha sido muy decepcionante de principio a fin.

Primero tuve problemas con el envío de mi pedido, perdieron el paquete y, para colmo, no disponían de otra unidad para reemplazarlo. En lugar de ofrecerme una solución, fui yo quien tuvo que proponer recibir el reloj en otro color para poder resolver la situación.

Ahora, apenas SEIS meses después de la compra y habiendo utilizado el reloj únicamente TRES veces, ha dejado de funcionar.

Lo más frustrante no es solo el problema con el producto, sino la atención al cliente. Cuando escribes por un problema, dejan de responder el chat en linea. La única forma de obtener una contestación es abrir un nuevo chat, donde siempre hay alguien disponible. Es decir, responden muy rápido cuando inicias un chat nuevo, pero luego uno termina sintiéndose ignorado.

Además, la solución que me ofrecen es que yo pierda tiempo llevando el reloj a un relojero y pague un cambio de pila para comprobar si ese es el problema, a pesar de tratarse de un reloj comprado hace solo SEIS meses y usado únicamente en TRES ocasiones.

Esperaba mucho más tanto de la calidad del producto como del servicio. No volvería a comprar esta marca.

Ho effettuato un reso per un articolo della taglia sbagliata seguendo tutte le istruzioni fornite. Nonostante abbia inviato più solleciti e documentazione richiesta, non ho ancora ricevuto né il rimborso né una risposta sullo stato della pratica se non quelle automatiche dove indicano che entro 24 ore verrò ricontratta (nessuno mi ha mai ricontattata).

Trovo indecente dover inseguire costantemente l’assistenza per ottenere informazioni e non essere MAI risposta. Sono insoddisfatta dalla gestione del reso e alla disattenzione che hanno verso il cliente.

Sono veramente delusa. Ho acquistato due orologi da regalare alle mie testimoni di nozze. Mi sono accorta subito dopo che erroneamente non ho inserito le due scatole regalo quindi tento subito di contattare il servizio clienti, a pochi minuti dalla transizione. Mi rispondono tempestivamente che non è più possibile. Chiedo allora di poter annullare subito l'ordine per poterlo effettuare nuovamente ma mi viene negato, posso solo fare il reso una volta arrivati gli articoli recandomi dell'inutile spreco di tempo per non inserire due banalissime confezioni prima . Lo trovo assurdo, scorretto e di poca professionalità perché ho agito tempestivamente a pochi minuti dall'acquisto e mi è stata data immediatamente una risposta, quindi sarebbe stato possibile intervenire. Non lo consiglio perché il servizio clienti non ha senso di esistere se si limitano a rispondere a delle email negando l'aiuto al cliente.

Bought earings that were faulty.

Sent them back to get fixed and never heard anything again. They still have the earrings and the money.

Customer service (May-AI Bot chat) doesnt andwer questions and when you ask to complaint it end the conversation. Very bad service and products. Would not recommend.

Choix de livraison à domicile (pas d’autre choix possible de toute façon).
Le colis a été mis chez un « voisin relais » à 30min en voiture de l’adresse de livraison. J’ai contacté le sav qui n’a absolument rien fait et qui depuis font les morts. C’est irrespectueux pour le client et très peu professionnel. Plus jamais chez eux en tout cas.
Nb: au lieu de répondre automatiquement pour dire de vous contacter pour régler le soucis avec un mail douteux, il fallait juste répondre aux nombreux mails envoyés au sav qui n’en a rien à faire…

Very disappointed with my Daniel Wellington watch. After only 2 months of use, the watch hands came loose and detached. I contacted customer service, but they refused to accept it as a warranty claim. I expected much better quality and customer support from a brand like Daniel Wellington. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent Daniel Wellington order. The sterling silver necklace arrived tarnished and appeared to be wrapped in toilet paper rather than proper jewelry packaging. This was not the quality or presentation I expected from a premium jewelry brand. The condition of the item upon arrival was unacceptable, and I will be returning it for a refund. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the brand.

On my third watch because I liked the other two so much but this last one turned up damaged (teh second hand wasn't connected and just loose inside the). Contacted them through their website and nothing but silence, no acknowledgement of my request to them, no answer, no nothing. So sad for them to turn a long time customer into a never again customer.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong watch. Requested a cancellation within 10 minutes, which their help centre states they can do, particularly if it hasn't be packed or shipped, which I can see it has not. But they've told me I have to wait for it to arrive and ship it back.

I've asked customer service why they can't adhere to their processes, they have stated they're unable to cancel orders.

I've ordered the correct watch because it is a gift. But I won't be using them again.

I purchased a gold plated necklace from Daniel Wellington and when it arrived it already looked pretty used and the gold plating appeared more silver tone than gold so I returned it.

It has been over two weeks with countless emails sent and yet I have still not received a refund. I can see they have accepted the return item as I have the tracking code yet no one will respond to my emails.

Absolutely terrible website and no customer service at all.

Beware: Premium Price for "Mall Watch" Quality and Non-Existent Returns

I recently purchased a timepiece from Daniel Wellington, expecting a quality product for the $400 price tag. Instead, I received what can only be described as a "mall watch"—flimsy, plasticky, and made of suspiciously cheap materials. It feels entirely disposable, with a build quality that doesn't even justify a $5 price point, let alone $400.

To make matters worse, their return process appears designed to prevent refunds. Their return portal consistently fails to "find" my order number, effectively trapping customers with a subpar product. Between the abysmal material quality and the broken return system, this has been a terrible experience. Save your money and buy from a reputable watchmaker instead.

Beställde en klocka för några veckor sedan.
Tyvärr så levererades endast en tom klocklåda.
Misstag händer, så jag kontaktar kundtjänsten för att få återbetalning alt att dom skickar klockan till mig.

Trots flera veckor av mejl fram och tillbaka så har detta inte hänt. Trots att jag skickat bilder på emballaget samt att det faktiskt filmades när jag öppnade upp paketet, så har jag endast fått som svar att det "borde" finnas en klocka i klocklådan. Och det kan jag hålla med om, det "borde" finnas en klocka i en klocklåda, men jag har ju till och med bildbevis på att jag inte har fått det.

Så nu har jag betalat för en klocka ca 3 veckor sedan, men inte fått varken ersättningsvara eller återbetalning. Och kundtjänsten har inte heller erbjudigt någon hjälp, utan bara informerat att de ska kolla upp vad som kan ha hänt. nu har dom haft flera veckor på sig att kolla upp det men ej gjort det.

Zamówiłam pasek do zegarka z 1-2 days delivery z płatnością przy odbiorze. Oczywiście szybka dostawa płatna dodatkowo. Tydzień później - przesyłki brak, informacji brak. Napisałam do nich email z pytaniem co się dzieje z moim zamówieniem - odpowiedzi brak. Dwa i pół tygodnia później dostaję automatyczny email, że moje zamówienie jest przygotowane do wysyłki.
I znowu piszę email - produkt nadal chcę otrzymać ale nie chcę płacić za usługę szybkiej dostawy bo takiej usługi nie otrzymałam. Odpisują, że jak najbardziej rozumieją, i że wrócą do mnie z odpowiedzią. I znowu cisza. W międzyczasie przesyłka dotarła do punktu odbioru. Znowu piszę z pytaniem jaka jest decyzja bo nie wiem czy mogę odebrać przesyłkę. Tydzień później - czyli blisko miesiąc od zamówienia - informują mnie, że przesyłka została odesłana do nadawcy.

To jest kpina.

AWFUL customer service. No responses to any messages via various channels and email. My order is still not delivered and DW won’t respond. AVOID purchasing anything from them.

Terrible customer service, cannot reach by phone (there is no telephone number available on the website, while they are obligated to have a workable telephone number on their website in the EU), and being ignored after several emails.. chatbot is useless. Will never buy products from the Daniel Wellington website directly again.

The worst service ever from customer care....first time ever buying and will never again I'm still waiting for UPS to come collect my return ive contacted them numerous times telephonically even tried to email no response I honestly didn't want a refund just needed to get the right size on the bracelet I got i guess I'll have to give it away will never recommend buying from DW ever.

Watch strap (mesh) impossible to adjust. No way of contacting customer service. Trying to send the watch back - I paid £84.05 but they want to refund £79.05 WHY? Email response was from a bot - no help at all. Now have to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get a full refund. Very POOR customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Ordered a replacement band for my husbands watch. Incredibly quick delivery - couldn’t believe it!

Unfortunately the product arrived damaged with some scratches in the leather. An email and some photos and within an hour or two (On a Sunday aswell) had a new band in the post and exceptional communication from Bettina. Wonderful luxury experience with the DW customer service team and looking forward to further purchases.
