Ich bin seit 5 Wochen damit beschäftigt mich an den support bei DW zu wenden wegen eines nicht zugestellten Paketes von UPS - Status einsichtig wurde nicht an UPS von DW übergeben. Klarna mahnt mittlerweile den Betrag an - Keine Reaktion darauf vom support. Letzte Nachricht war: sie brauchen noch mehr Zeit. Hallo - nach 5 Wochen Zeit für Klärung und ich habe jetzt den Ärger mit Klarna und soll für Ware zahlen die ich nie erhalten habe ( nachweislich laut UPS Zustellunsreport ). Wahnsinn wie einem hier die Zeit und Energie gestohlen wird. Unprofessionell trifft es in einem Wort.

Kein menschlicher Kundenservice. UPS versucht seit zwei Tagen, meine Bestellung nicht, wie von mir beauftrag, an meine Adresse, sondern an einen Automaten zuzustellen - erfolglos. Unterirdische Performance sowohl von UPS als auch von DanielWellington.

Ho acquistato un orologio durante il
Black Friday, per colpa di ups non ho ricevuto il pacco dato che l'8 era festa nazionale e non lo hanno recapitato al punto di ritiro, data la scandenza di tre giorni. Ho scritto varie e-mail all'assistenza clienti di DW e oltre a dirmi che avrebbero girato l'e-mail al team competente, e non altro, hanno smesso di rispondermi. Dopo quasi un mese dal mio ordine non ho ancora ricevuto né risposta né un rimborso. Non comprerò mai più su quel sito

Dowcip nie strona

Dowcip nie strona, niby działa w Polsce ale Polskich znaków nie trawi. Po wpisaniu adresu nie da się wybrać punktu odbioru jeżeli nie przyzna się uprawnień do lokalizacji. Karta mBank działa losowo, za pierwszym razem poszło ale chciałem jeszcze wrócić coś domówić i już nie mogę jej użyć.

Pas de cadeau de Noël sous le sapin

Mesdames, Messieurs,
Si j’avais pu mettre 0 étoile c’est ce que j’aurais fait! J’ai effectuer une commande le 23 Novembre pour un cadeau de Noël, visiblement ce colis a du être perdu ou voler car il n’est jamais arrivé au distributeur UPS. Cela fait plusieurs jours que l’on m’explique que ma demande a été distribuer au bon service néanmoins je n’ai toujours aucune nouvelle et je pense que la personne pour qui j’avais commander ce cadeau n’aura rien à Noël ! C’est inadmissible! J’ai fait plusieurs mail sans réponse. Mon dernier recours sera de faire une main courante.

No refund to the bank account

More than 45 days have passed since the product was returned. After the return is confirmed, I have been waiting for the funds for about a month and I still have no money. I can't hear a meaningful answer through the e-mail contact. This was my first and last purchase of products from this company. I'm from Poland

Great service

I made a purchase and realised my address was incorrect.

I sent an email and it was responded to immediately and my address was corrected.

The delivery was faster than expected. Much appreciated.

I love the watch, I ordered the bangle in the same week the watch arrived, its delivery was pretty past ❤️. Thank you for the great service!

I have no idea how this company is…

I have no idea how this company is still running. Put 2 orders on December 1 on the Canadian website, followed up a few days later because like everyone else, did not receive any tracking information. Maui responds saying its ready for shipping. December 9 I receive a notification from UPS saying they are yet to receive the packages. What the hell is going on here? Terrible customer service with slow and not so useful updates. Ive asked twice now to cancel both orders for a refund and no response. This is really a scam and everyone should put in a formal complaint against the company.

EDIT: I did receive the packages, 3 weeks late. The bracelets and watch were beautiful. I am happy with the products but disappointed with the overall experience.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Near impossible to get a response from their team for a really basic issue.
Very dissapointing.

Horrendous Customer Service & System

Daniel Wellington, you’ve failed miserably. I was charged for a purchase (my wife’s Christmas gift) that I’d made online (Canadian webpage); and like so many others on this forum, was told that I would receive a shipping update within 1-2 days.

It’s now been a week - and I have yet to receive any update. To make matters worse, I was just informed that they cannot locate my order - not based on my email, nor my order number. Yet, there was no issue in charging my card. Currently awaiting a response, however, by the sound of it - I’ll be waiting a while.

This is beyond ridiculous and frankly, extremely stressful. I would absolutely NOT recommend. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Non comprerò mai più

Non comprerò mai più, affidano il pacco ad un corriere che è totalmente incompetente!.
UPS doveva consegnare il pacco quasi una settima fà, e continuano a dirmi che provano a consegnare il pacco ad un'azienda che non esiste dato che sono un privato, e ad oggi dopo una settimana di ritardo, la consegna ancora non è programmata. Sembra sempre di più una truffa.

Worst customer service ever in history

I bought during the Black Friday sale and received the wrong order. Customer service was extremely slow, being ignored several times. Because it was a gift, I specifically asked if my original item was still in stock, they assured me it was and that dispatch would be prioritised, so I didn’t go elsewhere.

After two weeks, they now tell me it’s actually out of stock. What a complete waste of time. I won’t be buying from them again, no matter how beautiful the watches are. They really need to fix their stock management and customer service.

Poor quality control and unhelpful customer service

I received a brand-new Daniel Wellington watch with a visible defect inside the glass. This is clearly a quality control failure. Instead of offering a replacement for the faulty item they sent, customer service told me to return it, wait for a refund, and place a new order.
The issue was entirely caused by the company, yet the burden and delay are put on me — the customer. I needed this as a gift before travelling abroad, and now I’m left without a solution.

This experience shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. Very disappointing from a brand that claims to value quality and satisfaction.

Expérience client déplorable - refus de garantie illégal

J’ai commandé un bracelet sur le site de Daniel Wellington, dont le fermoir ne fonctionne plus. J’ai demandé la mise en oeuvre de la garantie six mois après l’achat (il y a une garantie obligatoire de 2 ans en France). Daniel Wellington refuse de réparer ou remplacer en indiquant qu’il s’agit d’un problème esthétique, alors que c’est visiblement un défaut de fabrication. En plus d’être illégale, cette réponse est inadmissible vis à vis du client, c’est la première fois qu’une entreprise me refuse la garantie! Je ne commanderais plus jamais chez eux, et je vous conseille de faire un signalement sur Signal Conso si vous rencontrez le même problème, pour faire cesser les pratiques de cette entreprise!

MISE A JOUR: Daniel Wellington demande à être recontacté en réponse à mon commentaire, mais uniquement pour réitérer son refus. Daniel Wellington ferait mieux de passer un peu plus de temps à résoudre réellement les problèmes de ses clients plutôt que de répondre aux avis Trustpilot...

I have never experienced this worst…

I have never experienced this worst customer service honestly. They constantly ignore you. I have been sending emails, trying to follow up every second day in regards to my missing item for about 12 days now. They literally ignore you. The only thing they say is someone will contact me in 24 to 48 hours and yet noone contacts. Worst customer service ever. My issue has not been addressed let alone gettimg resolved. Never buying ever again from DW honestly. You need to do better DW.

Très satisfaite

Je me suis trompée de taille lors de ma commande initiale.
J'ai pu renvoyer le bracelet très facilement et l'échange a été facilité par une correspondance par mails aussi rapide qu'efficace.
La langue n'est pas une barrière grâce au traducteur intégré
