DW customer service is top notch, I returned a watch and the process was seamless, the CS team especially Pauline and Jineth were top on their delivery.

It's been 2.5 months since my return, and I still haven't received my refund. After leaving a review, the company contacted me to "solve the problem," and nothing happened. I still haven't received my refund; they're just brushing me off with ridiculous messages. I strongly advise against shopping with this company so you don't lose your money like I did.

I absolutely love everything I own from this brand! I have two watches, two bracelets, and a ring — and each piece has beautiful design and consistently great quality. The sizes are always exactly as expected, which I really appreciate.

Everything feels stylish, well-made, and timeless. I finally found pieces that I wear every single day. Customer support is amazing — they always reply quickly and are very helpful. Delivery has always been smooth and hassle-free.

I even placed another order today — I just couldn’t resist 🤍

Aanschaf gedaan op een prachtig horloge en armbandjes. Horloge is echt super dun en mooi enige puntje van kritiek is dat mijn leren bandje van het horloge al op zijn einde zit terwijl ik hem nog maar 3 maanden heb. Armbandjes top

I ordered a product at the end of December 2025. I couldn’t pick up the product from the access point because the delivery company never sent me a pick-up code.

After many efforts to communicate and resolve the issue, I haven’t received any feedback yet.

I would definitely not buy again any product from Daniel Wellington. They have not delivered the product to me and they have not refunded either.

I returned 3 products together 2 watches and a strap same day same time but only got mail for refund initiation of a watch and a strap and till now I didn't got my refund initiated for the watch infact the day I received the product that day only I placed the return request because I didn't liked the product and kept other products the I liked.
But now I am facing soo much issue because call is not landing to the customer support and after a long hold getting disconnected, there's no reply on Instagram and mail also.
Refund my money now with further delay.

Ho cercato di annullare l'ordine ma non me lo hanno concesso appena ho fatto l'ordine ho cercato di annullarlo ma niente dicendo che hanno già impacchettato in magazzino e mandato, dicendomi di dire al Corriere di mandarlo all'indietro, ma ho letto anche sul sito che servono almeno un giorno lavorativo per le cose varie io appena ho fatto l'ordine lo annullato ma niente davvero vergognosi

This product was advertised as a silver ring, but after minimal wear it left clear green marks on my finger — something that should not happen with proper silver jewelry. I provided photo evidence, yet customer support ignored the issue and only repeated their return policy without addressing the material quality concern. Extremely disappointing product and even worse customer service. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

Je suis ravie de la qualité de ma montre, cela fait 2 ans que je l'ai et elle n'a pas bougé!

This is the second time I’ve had issues with Daniel Wellington.
I bought a watch strap that I did not realise was the wrong size for my partner’s watch. I’m within the 30 days to get a refund, I have requested the return but when I click on the link, it goes to an error page every time. I emailed them about this and haven’t heard from them in over a week.
I’ve also DM’d them on Instagram as they commented and requested I do so and they have ignored that too.
After the experience my partner had with this company and now this, I shall never buy from them again and will tell friends and family to avoid too. I’m not sure how such a well known brand could be such a scam?!

Wrong item delivered. I was told the correct item would only be sent after the return is received and assessed, which takes a significant amount of time.

This was a gift, so I requested either a faster replacement or a refund.
They respond immediately to all other enquiries, but every refund-related request is deliberately ignored.

It is a clear pattern of selective response. Unethical, unprofessional, and unacceptable customer service.
I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this company.

J'ai acheté une montre de part son très bel aspect pour noël 2025. Je m'offre le 25 décembre à ma femme et le 26 la barrette du bracelet se casse.
J'écris au fabricant qui n'accepte pas la prise en charge sous garantie.
C'est inadmissible au prix de la montre. De plus cela démontre une qualité médiocre de fabrication. Au lieu de me renvoyer gratuitement et très rapidement car c'est très compliqué d'avoir le mail du SAV on me propose d'aller à ma chargé courir vers un horloger pour faire changer les barrettes
C'est la première et dernière fois que j'achète chez eux.
Tout est toujours sous garantie mais au moment d'utiliser il n'y a plus personne

Extremely disappointed with their service. I've always had Daniel Wellington watches and loved them. Now I don't trust the company at all. I received a ring as a Christmas present, within 2 weeks the green stone fell out - probably poor quality now that I've seen their lack of care for providing any help.
I used the form on the website to explain what happened in hopes of resolving this with a new ring or a refund. Got one response from "Jerika" which seemed almost automated as she just asked me for a bunch of info I already provided rather than acknowledging the issue. However, I provided her with the info requested, no response. Few days later I put in another form for the same issue, no response. Few more days, I emailed both Daniel Wellington emails shown online explaining this, no response. Its now been 2 weeks since first contact so I can see they have no interest in keeping long term clients happy. Save yourself this hassle and buy elsewhere.

J’ai parlé avec un « agent » sur la plate-forme du site via la rubrique « chat » pour me renseigner sur le code qui me permettrai de retirer mon colis en point relais étant donné qu’il manquait et que UPS indiquait qu’il fallait se renseigner dans ce cas auprès de l’envoyeur. Finalement, on me dit qu’il faut voir avec UPS, cependant, avant de me dire ça, la personne a fait attention à bien comprendre mon problème, à me laisser du temps pour m’exprimer même lorsque j’insistai pour ne pas être délaissée après coup et on m’a assuré que je recevrai un mail pour s’assurer que le reste de la livraison se passe au mieux, c’est bel et bien ce qui a été fait, j’ai reçu un mail et c’était rapide, un mail auquel j’ai pu répondre par mail également directement sans souci technique, un système simple et efficace. C’était ma première commande chez eux et pour ce qui est de mon expérience, c’était bien. Je précise tout de même que je ne suis pas spécialement fan du fait qu’ils travaillent avec UPS, car c’est un expéditeur qui rend la démarche parfois compliquée. Par ailleurs, je n’ai finalement pas eu besoin d’un code car les personnes du point relais m’ont dis qu’il était courant chez UPS de ne pas envoyer de code même si ce n’est pas normal à l’origine, ils sont habitués. Si ça vous arrive ne vous inquiétez pas.

Ordered two beautiful rings to wear together-one white gold and the other rose gold. Unfortunately there was a slight sizing discrepancy so had to return them. John sorted it all out and the refund has been instituted. Thank you

Excellent service provided by Jazz. The agent was not only extremely polite and responsive, but also highly resourceful. I am very satisfied with the solution offered and can now fully enjoy my new watch.

I was honestly shocked when I read some of the negative reviews here.

I personally own four Daniel Wellington watches, and I truly love this brand. Every watch I have is elegant, timeless, and easy to wear both daily and for special occasions.

For me, Daniel Wellington represents affordable elegance — clean design, minimalistic style, and great value for the price. If I had unlimited money, of course I would look at luxury brands like Cartier — but in terms of style and simplicity, Daniel Wellington gives me that same elegant feeling without being over the top.

My experiences with the watches and the customer service have been very positive, and I will definitely continue buying from this brand.

Sometimes people forget that not everything has to be expensive to be beautiful. I highly recommend Daniel Wellington.

Poor products for a watch company
I've bought two watches, both great designs. But the watch bands are way too small for Australian sized normal bodies. Have requested to purchase longer straps/additional links, Daniel Wellington do not make them - even for current stock. This is a watch company, and not having additional links in the boxes is absurd. They insisted extra links are in the boxes, I bought 2 from 2 different retailers, no links in the boxes. That is not coincidental. Would have been happy to pay for a replacement watch band, not possible. Buyer be ware. Great design but good luck getting it to fit. DW need to make products that can actually be worn by Australians.
