TERRIBLE Customer Service Experience
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Posted policies are not being followed, my questions keep getting ignored when their team doesn’t seem to know the answers, and at this point it feels like they simply ignoring a paying customer altogether.
It’s unacceptable to tell customers to reach out for changes when your team can’t actually make those changes. It’s unacceptable to state 1–2 day processing and then provide no explanation when that isn’t being met. And it’s unacceptable to leave customers without clear communication or accountability.
I expected basic professionalism and transparency from a brand, but this experience has been the opposite.
Also... still no update on my order so I can try and contact the shipping company to redirect my order.

Das Unternehmen hat einen Schlechten Kundenservice. Stornieren innerhalb von einer Stunde nach Bestelleingang ist nicht möglich, da es schon in ihrem „Logistiksystem“ wäre. Anstatt es einfach aus dem „Logistiksystem“ herauszunehmen. Zu einer anderen Anfrage antwortet der Kundenservice garnicht mehr.

I bought 2 rings online
I bought 2 rings online, the sizing was too large so I contacted support to exchange the rings for a smaller size. Pauline was wonderful, very efficient and kept me updated. Even though the exchanges size was still too big she was still helpful with organising a refund. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service that was provided.

Totalt värdelöst. Beställde en klocka i present som kom utan fungerade batteri. Kundservice säger då att vi själv ska byta batteri varpå de ska göra en återbetalning inom 14 arbetsdagar. Beloppet spelar mindre roll men det är en principsak när de levererar en ej fungerande klocka och har "garanti". Ingen återbetalning eller återkoppling en månad senare. När man kontaktar dem efter detta får man inget svar, när man ringer är de alltid "upptagna och ska höra av sig" och besvarar ärenden med en standardfras om att meddelandet skickas vidare till relevant team. Rekommenderar EJ!

Review of Daniel Wellington Watch
I bought this Daniel Wellington watch a few years ago — it looks stylish at first, but unfortunately, the quality is really disappointing. The watch has broken three times already.
The company replaced it twice under warranty (the last time in August 2025), and now, just a few months later, it has broken again.
I took it to a watchmaker, who told me that it has one of the cheapest and least durable mechanisms inside, so it’s no surprise it doesn’t last long.
The warranty is almost over, and it seems the watch will soon be useless again.
So think twice before buying. It may look nice, but the quality just doesn’t match the price.

Out of pocket, no item
Unfortunately have never experienced such bad customer service until my most recent order. I have many watches from Daniel Wellington but my latest experience has left me out of pocket and no product and very little support from customer service. They don’t have a phone line to talk to someone but assured me they would be able to assist quickly via email. My parcel arrived at the collection point nearly two weeks ago and after many hours on the phone to the delivery company they said it was down to the sender to sort out. Well I have now been out of pocket for 3 weeks and they are telling me I have to wait another 5-10 business days to even get a refund. Many other companies at least appear helpful and send out a replacement item whilst they recover the “lost” product. This was supposed to be a gift for my wife that was due to arrive well before her birthday but I am just utterly shocked at the lack of support from this company. I do not normally post such reviews but left very upset and lost with no action left to take.

I had seen a bracelet I liked on DW site but it didn’t give the size. I got an email asking what I needed and they quickly came back with all the info I needed. I have several DW watches too …..love them all

I ordered watches as a present on…
I ordered watches as a present on October 6th, being sure there was enough time, especially since the website stated that the parcel would be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Today is October 17th, and now the agent i’m contacting to says: “Unfortunately, this process may take a few weeks to complete depending on the speed of your customs office.”
This is very misleading and frustrating. There is no clear information about when I will receive my order or what is actually happening with the shipment.
I would appreciate an explanation and an update on the current status of my parcel.
