Do NOT buy anything!!! I bought a watch more than a month ago and it hasn’t arrived and the customer service are ignoring my emails and not providing any solution. Still no watch and no refund. Avoid at all costs.

Refund Process
I had ordered an item from Daniel Wellington which was later misplaced by the courier company. I lodged a complaint with their team and was assisted by Josie.
Within 5 working days from the date of the complaint , I was able to receive my refund. They were incredibly informative throughout the entire process.
I was incredibly impressed by this customer service from Daniel Wellington!
I wish I could rate more than just 5-Stars!

Do not order if you live in South…
Do not order if you live in South Africa. They make it look like you are ordering from with SA but you are not and returning your items involves 10 steps and you'll face blockers at every point!

Servicio pésimo
Servicio pésimo, compré el reloj de regalo de cumpleaños para mi marido y a los 15 días ya no funcionaba, me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que le envíe el reloj para verificar que no se haya manipulado y en efecto comprobaron que esta a intacto, pues me envían el mismo reloj y a los 15 días estaba igual, les envío un correo reclamando la devolución de mi dinero y me dicen que cambie la batería y que envíe factura para ellos reembolsar el dinero.
Les doy un 1 porque si la marca fuera barata, justificara la precariedad del servicio.

Exceptional service from Pauline
Exceptional service from Pauline, I couldn’t get hold of UPS for my collection…Pauline scheduled the collection for me, made sure to see my case to end.Giving feedback, assuring me, very patient.She took care of me, she made sure I was updated on everything. I cannot complain at all….The service I received is just as spectacular as their products….I am definitely spending my refund on some jewellery from their collection 👌

DW Watch
The watch was very beautiful unfortunately I chose the wrong size strap so it was too big and I had to return it. The customer service took long to respond to emails but I got my refund so I’m happy, I’ll be looking out for specials to buy another watch.

DO NOT BUY FROM DANIEL WELLINGTON
The watch took over a month to arrive and customer service was appalling. Numerous alternative watch companies offer equal or superior quality and provide satisfactory customer support. I strongly advise AGAINST purchasing from this company.

Ich habe 3 Uhren bestellt, diese kamen auch pünktlich an. Allerdings hatten diese eine billige Qualität. Daher habe ich alle 3 Uhren (zusammen in einem Paket verpackt) im Dezember zurückgesendet. Erst nachdem ich im Januar einen Paypal Konflikt öffnete, meldete sich der Verkäufer, dass angeblich nur 2 von 3 Uhren zurückgesendet worden seien. Ich sollte daraufhin die 3. Uhr, welche ich ja schon zurückgeschickt hatte, zurücksenden, damit ich eine Teilrückzahlung erhalte. Nur Dank des Paypal-Käuferschutzes habe ich nun im Februar endlich mein Geld zurück erhalten. Nie wieder!

Ho acquistato alcuni prodotti prima di Natale (per l'esattezza il 10/12/2024) ma il pacco non è mai arrivato: inizialmente la motivazione del corriere era stata l'allungamento dei tempi di consegna dovuti all'elevata quantità di ordini del periodo natalizio. Successivamente il pacco è risultato smarrito (già dal 17/12/2024 però...) e nonostante le continue segnalazioni a Daniel Wellington non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso dell'importo pagato (continuando invece a ricevere come risposta che la mia richiesta viene presa in carico, ma senza poi avere un riscontro reale su come verrà risolta la questione): ignorare la clientela che segnala un disservizio e chiede un rimborso è prima di tutto irrispettoso, ma soprattutto viola i diritti delle persone che effettuano acquisti online.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been waiting almost a month for a refund with absolutely no communication from Daniel Wellington. Every update has only come because I followed up myself. Terrible customer service—avoid if you expect any level of support

Non existent after sales support
Non existent after sales support, watch strap failed after 12 months, replacement strap on the website has been out of stock for 2 years and when contact the company they just send AI responses and don't follow up. Avoid.

Ich habe mir einen goldenen Ring bestellt und bekam auch schnell eine Versandbestätigung per UPS.
Leider musste ich feststellen, dass mir der falsche Ring geschickt wurde - sowohl die Größe als auch das Modell. Der Kundenservice war nett und schickte mir ein Rücksendeetikett. Habe es sofort zurückgeschickt. Nach 2 Wochen ohne Ersatzlieferung habe ich mich erneut an den Kundenservice gewendet, wo denn die neue Lieferung bleibt.
Update: Ich habe jetzt nach genau 18 Tagen meine Ersatzlieferung erhalten. Der richtige Ring ist allerdings von guter Qualität und sieht schön aus.

The watches are beautiful
The watches are beautiful, packaging too. But less than a month in the watch wouldn’t clip close properly. I sent it back for repair and theu lost it. Then I had to contact them after a month asking where it was, I tried waiting as long as possible before contacting them due to Christmas, I had sent my watch on the 12th of December. They said they lost it and will send me a replacement. I had two different places messaging me at once. The repair team sent me two options of replacement and the DW team for some reason were also in the email thread when I responded with the watch I wanted, the customer service said I am sorry I don’t understand your email, what do you mean ‘I have selected this watch’ I was just so pissed off. They would also take forever to respond.
I have finally received a watch back, without a box, without a screw driver to adjust it to my wrist.
It was my first and last order..
never again
