QUALITY!!!!!
I recently purchased a ring from this jewelry store and I can confidently say that I was absolutely satisfied with both the product and the service I received. Although I initially ordered the wrong size, the customer service team was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional from the very beginning. They guided me step by step in choosing the correct size and assisted me throughout the return process.
To top off an already outstanding service, they also provided me with a discount code, which I truly appreciated. I can honestly say I’ve rarely experienced such thoughtful and attentive treatment from a company.
When the package finally arrived, I was genuinely impressed — the packaging was beautifully put together and exceeded all my expectations.
I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry backed by exceptional customer service. I would absolutely purchase from them again — a thousand times over. I love this brand, the service and the costumers

Elegant Watch & Excellent customer service consultant
I’m really impressed with my Daniel Wellington watch—stylish, versatile, and perfect for any occasion. I had a small issue with returns, because i had bought a smaller size and wanted to purchase a bigger size. The customer service consultant was incredibly helpful and resolved it quickly and professionally. Great product and even better support!

Horrible
J’ai acheté une montre, c’est horrible, elle s’est cassé au bout de 4 mois, je les contacte pour la réparer mais il rapporte que le bracelet n’est pas sous garantie… sachant que le bracelet s’est cassé suite à un défaut de fabrication, il y’avait pas de vise pour tenir le bracelet à la face de la montre mais juste comme collé directement sur un bout et d’un seul coup en le portant sur le poignet il s’est juste détaché. La seule solution est de la réparer auprès d’un revendeur agréé, qui est la baie d’Hudson à Montréal mais surprise toutes les baies ferment ne peuvent pas me la réparer. Montre jeter par la fenêtre, l’argent avec… et Daniel Wellington qui ne veut pas assumer son erreur de fabrication! Super! C’est la 1ere et la dernière fois que j’achète de chez eux et je déconseille à tous le monde 😊 fuyez les gens, il y a d’autres marques milles fois mieux que Daniel

I bought a watch online but forgot to apply a discount code I had. I asked for help to the customer support and, even if I have already received the watch, I was sent a partial refund. The support was fast and responsive to my needs. And the watch looks great!

Schöne Produkte aber man wartet ewig auf eine Rückerstattung.
Nach deren Angaben dauert eine Rückerstattung 5-10 Tage und ich warte mittlerweile fast ein Monat.

El día 15 de enero empecé a tramitar una reclamación con la marca por un reloj que nunca a funcionado (sin estrenar).
Ha día de hoy, a pesar de buenas palabras y reconocer la incidencia sigo sin reloj y sin mi dinero por parte de la marca.
Siento insistir pero espero que la gente valore la poca profesionalidad de la marca hacia el cliente.
Es una vergüenza!!
Me contestan con la respuesta enlatada, sin más.
Son tres meses los que llevo con ésta reclamación!!
Es la peor marca en atención al cliente !!

Wonderful Shopping Experience
Ordered a ring for myself and my husband but the size was too big. Emailed in to enquire about the exchange. Jazz was very helpful and prompt in providing the assistance on the exchange. There was even a free pick up of the rings to exchange and free delivery of the new rings by UPS. It was really a wonderful shopping experience!

Went to DW in gateway yesterday and I couldn’t believe the racism and how looked down upon I was. It was so bad that the other salesman apologised for his fellow colleagues behaviour, turns out she’s the manager. She went as far as saying I’m giving her an awful look. I was really so furious, I am never buying there again and if you want to feel valued as a customer, I wouldn’t suggest going there.

Die Produkte sind schön aber sobald man etwas ordnungsgemäß zurück geben will, wartet man !monatelang! auf eine Rückerstattung. Ich warte jetzt seit fast 5 Wochen auf die Bearbeitung meiner Retoure, vom Kundenservice meldet sich niemand zurück und auch über Paypal mit der Falleröffnung kommt keine Rückmeldung von DW. Alles sehr enttäuschend, denn 135€ ist für mich auch kein kleiner Betrag!
