Finally coming too fit parts too the broken fire that they fitted a year ago because they want the £100 pound for a years service rip offs and idiots

The young man who came to sweep and clean my log burning was great very efficient and clean thank you he also gave me peace of mind that I was doing things right so Thank you So very much 👍👍

We were quoted a fair price for what turned out to be a difficult job. Removing the existing fireplace without damaging it, installing the burner and then putting the original fireplace back. The fitters were excellent and the team in the office communicated well and did their best to keep costs down. Thank you for doing such a good job, Cameron, Dan, Tony and Steve x

I needed replacement glass for my old (more than 10 years) multi-fuel fireplace. I initially went online and the glass was totally incorrect - money wasted. I went somewhere else local (before I found Danton) and after 3 weeks, still heard nothing. I got recommended to speak with Danton Fireplaces and Stoves and wish I had known sooner. They sent off my pictures with the measurements and within days I had my new glass.... it was too narrow (not Danton's fault) and literally within THREE days of letting them know the manufacturer sent them the COREECT glass.

I found the whole experience a breath of fresh air. The guys were brilliant, professional, and determined to make my purchase stress free. They did! I cannot thank them enough.

I first met Ady who was so helpful and Dan managed to source the fireplace I was looking for at such a reasonable price. Excellent customer service from the team and I highly recommend them!

We met Cameron who was really helpful helped us with design choices. Really good service so far, so we bought the fireplace even though we actually haven’t quite bought the house yet. Would highly recommend this company.

Being on my own I need as much help as I can get and as soon as I walked through the door Wendy greeted me. We discussed my needs and she left me to look at the displays, which was nice as I didn't feel rushed. Wendy answered any queries I had.
Andy then came to the house to check where the fire was going. He was a lovely chap and we went through the details.
Unfortunately the day before my fire was to be fitted it arrived at the store broken. Instead it was fitted the following week. My carpets were being fitted on the Monday and they had a problem getting me in the diary. However no fuss was made by Jamie and he said no matter what it would be fitted before the Monday.
Milado arrived to fit the fire and I couldn't fault his work. My room was newly decorated and there wasn't a mark anywhere when he left, despite mixing cement. The fire looks amazing and milado wiped everything down. There wasn't a finger mark left anywhere. He was lovely to talk to and we chatted about all sorts.
Excellent service from start to finish, and I can really recommend them. The firm is only as good as the people working there, and everyone was helpful, friendly and put me at ease.

Amazing customer service, very helpful and informative. No pressure to make decisions there and then, will definitely be back! Also made my daughter really happy when they gave her a dog.

They took over a week too fit the fire kept giving excuses too why they could not fit it than finally fitted the fire but broke the back of it and said a replacement part should come in the post and they will come and replace it still waiting 3 months later I advise anyone do not deal with this company absolute idiots

From start to finish Danton’s we’re superb it’s a big investment for anyone the end result is nothing short of the amazing the fitter ( should be artisan) Milado was superb the wood burner looks like it’s always been here!

The staff are all friendly, professional and so helpful.I had broken my arm so unable to visit the showroom after the fitters assessment had found the fire I originally selected wouldn't fit .Wendy emailed pictures of other fires she had sourced and after much seeking the team found a fire that fits.The fitter was superb and
after some adjustments fitted it.There perseverance ensured I have a fire for winter. Thank you all.

Thank you for a pleasurable experience from beginning to completion. Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Fitting by Craig the gas engineer was very good . He arrived on time and did a great job. Really great to deal will a reliable company.

Dealt with Dan in Beverly who was brilliant. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable allowing us the walk around and to see all options. Has even arranged for a mantle to be bought over from another store so we can decide. Highly recommend.

The staff were excellent. Very informative, friendly and personable. There was no pushing or feeling of pressure. We were given plenty of time to view before we discuss products and again given space and time to make our decisions. The guys are a vault of information for such as us who knew only what we wanted but not what was needed. A really pleasurable experience from start to finish.

Superb service. Extremely knowledgable staff who explained everything very thoroughly. Great showroom, lots of choice. Dan made buying our stove a lovely and fun experience. We will return to Dantons should we be in need of a fire/stove again. Fully recommended.
