It's lovely to find people who know there product's and take the time to explain it to me.

A first class service by Wendy and James,shopping at Danton Fireplaces is a pleasure,you are left to browse unhindered until you ask for help,Wendy and James have a extensive ,knowledge of the products they supply and have the expertise to recommended what you need and offer you alternatives of choice that make making a choice so much easier.
The service doesn't stop there,the quality of the fitting of the fireplace and surround was in my opinion perfect you could not fault the work,we were more than happy with the service,we were delighted,we would definatly use Danton again,and would be happy to reccomend them to family and friends.

My wife and I wondered in just for a look at what was available expecting the same old pressure sell tactics ready to turn and run.
But not at all we were left alone to be browse around the shop in Humberston until we add some questions.
Out popped Jamie a lovely polite helpful guy who answered all our questions
Needless to say 2 months later we have our fire fitted and working and thanks to Millsons for there part in the install
They too were polite and Curtious to us and cleaned everything away after they had finished
Highly recommended for both companies who obviously work very well together .

We have recently purchased a stovax stove from the Humberston Branch & chose to have installation - I have to say from start to finish we have been impressed. Everyone has been super friendly, and nothing has been too much trouble, there has been good communication for every step of the way - the installation team were very professional - I would thoroughly recommend and intend to use again when we get round to having our second stove fitted in the future - Thank you so much - We are very warm & Happy!!

We have just bought a stove from this amazing company,we walked in and the welcome was lovely,Wendy greeted us with a friendly smile,she couldn’t do enough for us,we wanted to buy a stove,she was very knowledgeable when showing us a selection,she showed us different ones,when we had decided on one,she showed us some surrounds to go with it too,we are very pleased with our stove,would highly recommend them

From the minute I walked into the showroom in Humberston Jamie and Wendy knew exactly how to help me choose the right fire set up for my home. They have endless ideas and knowledge. They fitter Ross Milson was fantastic. We are so thrilled with the end result and cannot recommend this company enough They took away all of the old York stone fireplace and left everything clean and tidy. Amazing!!

Great company to deal with fantastic customer service if needed. Sales staff have fantastic knowledge of there products and nice to see a family run business. Also have a full service dept to cover gas services and chimney sweeping.

Terrible company to deal with. After sales non-existent and the total lack of respnsibility for issues they cause is beyond a joke. Do not buy from Dantons

I can’t believe I waited 6 years to book these guys in for a service. 🙈 We had a Gazco gas fireplace that we used no more than 10 times. Then it had a gas leak so was capped off. Finally got round to calling Stovax/Gazco who had Danton Fireplaces on their recommended list so called them, got the next available service and they had fixed it and had it working in less than 30 minutes. As we had let it sit so long the seal around the gas tap inside had dried and cracked. So now I know why I need to get it serviced every year.

Why didn’t I call sooner!! The guy who did the service was brilliant. And I could have made his job a lot easier if I wasn’t searching for the remove for 25 minutes. But he was super patient. Thank you. 😄😄

One of those easy jobs that you don’t get round to doing….. then 6 years passed by. But in those 6 years it’s been a lovely expensive coffee table.
