If anyone had ever said
You will come off a duel carriage way
And within two mins be on a holiday park
And I would buy a static home
I would have laughed and said never !!!!
But this is what I did and no one could ever explain how magical this place is and so good for your well being , a truly special place

The lodge itself is excellent, lovely decor and spacious.
The outide areas need some attention . Lots of brambles/overgrown areas/weeds and balcony in need of a jet wash.
Parking was ridiculous also. Just not enough spaces and having to park out on the main road wasn’t ideal. There’s a lot of wasted space around the site that could be used for parking.

This is a beautiful park and it is absolutely perfect for our little family. It’s a wonderful, inclusive environment that caters to everyone—from our 86-year-old Mamma to our beloved furbabies.
There is a fantastic sense of community spirit here that makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. The entire staff are incredibly friendly, and a special mention must go to Janine; she is always so warm, friendly, and attentive to everyone’s needs, truly going above and beyond.
The location is also unbeatable. It’s close to several stunning nearby beaches and scenic places to explore, but the park itself is so lovely that you can just as easily stay put and appreciate some quality time with your loved ones. Whether you're looking for adventure or just a peaceful place to relax, this park has it all.

A very warm, welcoming and informative team. Great facilities. Its a safe and secure place were the children can play.
Janine from sales is amazing helpful. We have been at the site now since July last year and its everything we wanted and more.

The sales representative explained everything clearly and honestly. We are so glad we bought our perfect holiday home. We love the lifestyle we now have. The park is beautiful with great facilities. Better than this though is the owners only park which gives a safe environment. We love knowing there are always familiar friendly faces around and in the club. We always look forward to upcoming events planned all year round. My favourite is the firework show which is outstanding. Even my dogs look forward to our stays as they love the gated dog field.

The sales team where helpful and knowledgeable about my purchase, they offered me amazing knowledge and opportunities with the new pines community.

The wider local local area knowledge was main reason for my purchase and their support with groups with the park for activities

Great site grounds well maintained,as soon as you come throught the gates you realise you've entered somewhere special.Staff are friendly,pool, bar, entertainment room kids room over eighteens bar all run by a great team.would recommend a visit to see if it suits your needs.

I have been enjoying New Pines Holiday Home Park for almost 5 years. Having enjoyed caravan ownership for over 24 years, I consider myself pretty experienced in caravan ownership on parks. My final landing brought me to New Pines, the best choice I made.

There is a beautiful community where, every one is welcome. The staff on the park are not ‘just’ staff, they are a strong part of the community. Janine, who sits with in the sales team is a welcoming friendly face. I have always found Janine a delight to chat with on a personal level and also when dealing with a new or potential purchase. Her demeanour always makes you feel at ease with out any pressure which, is one of the many things that makes New Pines what it is.

If you shop around you can always get a great deal with Darwin Escapes . we have stayed many times at this retreat and never been disapointed, plenty of lodges to choose from to meet your needs , and price bracket,, easy to book secure payments and helpful staff in the reception always willing to help. happy regular customer.

Friendly sales staff, who were knowledgeable and understanding to our needs and found us a perfect holiday home.
The site is perfect for us, gated and owners only, so everyone knows each other.
There's a great safe and secure children's park and fenced dog walk.
The grounds are well maintained and the pool is brilliant.
Its an amazing place to relax with family.

As an owner on new pines.. I can hand on heart say it’s the best little community I have ever known. From the moment we met Janine off the sales team, she was amazing.. nothing was too much trouble for her, very helpful, from the sale, to us settling in, to always being there when needed! All the staff are lovely, if you are thinking of joining our community, ask for Janine!

We have been at New pines owners only resort for 18 months, it’s a lovely friendly site, Janine and the team are always very friendly and welcoming making it a home from home.
It’s perfect for our needs.

I bought my caravan in 2021 and absolutely love the park. It’s gated with security patrolling so very safe and it’s my little escape from home. The staff are very helpful and friendly as are other owners. The site is near to the shops, Rhyl centre and the beach

Good facilities friendly staff and a lovely community

I have a caravan on the owners only New Pines site in North Wales and love it so much I am now considering an upgrade which Janine is helping me with. She is sensitive to my needs and long list of requirements as well as my budget and I have faith she will soon find me my next little home from home. The park is lovely and the grounds are kept immaculate. The pool is fab and the bar is great.

New pines is a great site! We enjoy are time here feels like one big happy family. Some great changes to the clubs opening times and extra entertainment staff

Bought our holiday home at Aberconway three years ago.
Right from the start Rick and his staff were friendly, helpful, nothing was too much for them. The site and its proximity to the beach is fabulous also
Signetures Resaurant serves great food.
The Spa, Gym, pool and treatment hub provide that holiday experience,we all feel that relaxing holiday experience each time we arrive. Who wants international travel in today’s mad world
I cannot recommend the Aberconway
Lifestyle enough. It’s open all the year round and for us is only one and a half hours away from home.

The sale experience with Hermione at Aberconwy was great she is so passionate about the site and goes out of her way to help you find the right holiday home for you. A total pleasure to deal with and five stars for her alone! She represents the park with energy, passion and a smile and cannot do enough for you.

Aberconwy resort and spa is in a great location and in terms of the park itself, the grounds are kept in fantastic condition by the gardens team and when reception pass on messages, the maintenance team are very responsive and fantastic to deal with.

The public areas are always clean and welcoming, although some areas need investment by Darwin such as the changing rooms at the pool/spa which are disappointing and not five star standard.

My main disappointment however is that Darwin isn't more engaged with its owners and doesn't always listen to owner concerns e.g. around security which has been a recent issue which is leading to some people choosing to reconsider their ownership. The ongoing site fees are high and so a high level of support is expected which is not always evident - it's a shame as the park is fabulous.

Good staff attention to detail and a nice private site

Hermione, the sales agent, was brilliant. Always gives us a friendly welcome whenever we see her and always remembers our names. Great personal touch and nothing is ever too much trouble. All the other staff, the receptionists, maintenance, grounds, security and leisure centre staff are also friendly and helpful.
We are very happy with our purchase and the site is peaceful and perfectly situated.
