Kerry Raymond and her team are very professional and efficient. Even though I dealt with more than one person throughout, communication was never a problem and I got the sense that Kerry was overseeing things so I wasn't worried by that. We communicated mostly by email but if I needed to speak to someone on the phone immediately, that was never a problem. This is the second time that I have used Davies and Partners. The first time was for the sale and then later on for the purchase of a property. Any obstacles that were met on the way were overcome with a minimum of fuss.
