DBM Express Movers レビュー

Absolutely fantastic experience. Mario and his team were patient and tireless, and they made a stressful day so much easier. Thank you!

Very professional, fast, efficient, polite and overall did a fantastic job. DBM was recommended to us and I'd recommend them to anyone else.

Adrian and his team arrived right on time at our property, and packed up a three bedroom flat in less than four hours (including dismantling several pieces of large furniture). The team then moved us to Oxshott and unpacked in under two hours. We were genuinely blown away. Friendly, professional, rapid and zero breakages. The office team were also fantastic, conducting a thorough video survey giving us confidence in the competitive quote and accommodating last minute furniture disposals. Thank you DBM Express!

Silviu, Florian and Christian were fantastic packigon and moving all of our stuff extremely efficiently from south to north London in one day. No problems, good guys, and very competitive prices, can recommend!

Efficient moving and friendly service. Extremely great value price for a service which saved me probably a week of time packing. Thanks very much!

Recently used DBM Express to move home and couldn't recommend them more.
Simple quote/booking process and great communication leading up to booking. The team on the day were fantastic - friendly, very efficient and also flexible when timings had to be slightly adjusted. Also great with my very talkative toddler. Would highly recommend.

Having done the moving ourselves coming down to London, we knew that the next time we moved we were going to hire professional movers and add a packing service. 6 quotes later and following a recommendation we hired DBM.

The initial call with DBM was great, a video call to show around our flat and explain what needed moving allowed them to select the correct size vehicle for the job and of course provide us with their quote.

DBM quite was very competitive, and following a recommendation from our neighbour we hired DBM, and we are so happy we did.

Naturally, whenever you hire any service for the first time there will be a little anxiety about how good the service will be, however, from the minute DBM arrived all the way through to when they left I was nothing short of blown away by the job they did.

They arrived on time the day of the move, had everything packed (2 bed, 2 bathroom, maisonette) and loaded onto the truck (including breaking down 2 bed frames, taking down 2 sofa's, living room furniture, dining table, work at home stations, tv unit and all the stuff that plugged into that and of course much much more, basically everything) all in a little over 4 hours.

Before we knew it, we were at the new house, and everything got unloaded within an hour / an hour and a half. All in all everything was done in a day by about 5pm, and as above we were blown away by how good the three guys were, they just cracked on and literally we just sat and stayed around in case they had any questions but really we could have left them to it.

DBM took what is always one of the most stresful parts about moving and turned into one of the easiest.

I can't recommend DBM enough, there service was simply exceptional and we would happily use them again for our next move, although hopefully that won't be for a while yet.

We moved from London to the midlands, with much of our stuff going into a storage unit. We had heard good things (and read the excellent reviews) but felt really let down by the team on the day.

The team did damage to the house we were moving out of, piled things into our storage unit very badly (breaking many boxes in the process), and while some of the team were very friendly, others were the opposite.

As the team left the house we were moving in to - my late mum's house - they started picking and eating fruit from my recently deceased mother's fruit trees without asking. This was really not okay.

I moved house three times in the past 5 years and I used DBM Express every single time. The service provided has been impeccable and to the same outstanding level year on year. So I recommended DMB Express to three friends of mine who moved houses and they were just as satisfied as I was.

I used other cheap companies sporadically for small jobs but I wouldn't call anyone else if I had to move house again. The peace of mind that DBM Express gave me during those stressful days was worth every penny.

The punctuality and professionalism of the staff was what made my experience great. I did not experience any breakage as everything was intact. They placed all the items where I wanted them which made unpacking seamless for us.

I used DBM Express for a recent move and everything went very smoothly. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything professionally. Communication was clear throughout, and the pricing was competitive. Overall, a very solid experience, would definitely consider using them again.

DBM were helpful and friendly from start to finish. As a neurodivergent individual, there were areas of the packing I wanted to do myself or sort out first - Eduard and Cosmy were easy going and efficient working around my needs. The move from London to Glasgow - up 2 flights of stairs/no lift - got done in just over 24 hours. If you’re an ADHDer like myself and tend to procrastinate, I’d highly recommend booking these guys in - they’ll sort it all out for you!

The price is reasonable and the workers are nice and helpful

Fabulous all round service. Quick and efficient quote and communication about the move. They were prompt, quick, careful, friendly and made the move a breeze! Highly recommend!

The DBM team did splendidly well on the day and in preparation for it!
They really reduced our stress levels on the move day and took care of everything fantastically. We were extremely happy with the service and also with the quote for it all which was very good compared to their competitors!

The move was done quickly, all packed up and on van in a couple of hours, and this included up and down in a lift to 19th floor.
Delivery of our furniture was prompt and on time and again completed within a couple of hours.
The removal men were very courteous and took good care of
our items and no damage to anything

DBM Express were absolutely incredible and the best movers I’ve ever used. They fully packed our home and moved everything in 1 days. The movers are true professionals. They are the only movers worth booking in London!

Absolutely wonderful company from start to finish. I had a very last minute need due to mix-up between agents and solicitors and DPM went out of their way to accommodate me - literally. They gave me a discount despite the date being within their busier slot and they were very efficient in preparing their paperwork based only on my whatsapp video of the property to be cleared. Their men came bang on time, worked very fast and non-stop. They made suggestions to improve things for me and nothing was lost or broken. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my own experience. Made a very difficult and emotional experience so much better.

DBM was very clear from the start and made the whole process simple and clear. The move went as planned and was smooth and quick.

5 Stars – Excellent Moving Experience!
I had a fantastic experience with this moving company. The team was incredibly careful with all of my belongings, handling everything with respect and attention to detail. From start to finish, their service was professional, friendly, and efficient. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and organized. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers!
