Great service worth every penny
Everything was done very efficiently and all the helpers were really friendly and accommodating to all my requests. They also helped me packing some loose bit that I still had left over the house. I’m thrilled by how fast and easy everything went and definitely recommend them

Awesome
We found all six DMB guys that carried out the move for us to be polite, courteous, helpful and extremely hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They turned up on time and did not stop working until they had finished the move. We have moved into a rental property for the short term and will definitely use DBM for the move into our permanent house in the future.
A great team from the admin staff through to all the 'movers

Disappointing experience
Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience. I paid for the movers to assemble my furniture but was told on the day they would not reassemble as it had not been dismantle by them. This is despite me making it clear when booking that my furniture was in storage and had been moved there and dismantled by a different company. I also have to pay for a staircase on moving day which the movers did not use.

They did 2 moves for me on consecutive days. The first to put items into storage and the next day, to move my belongings to a new apartment. The guys turned up on time each day, and were friendly and efficient throughout.

Stress Free Move Across London!
DBM were fantastic from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally and without any stress, which really helped put my anxious mind at ease. The pre-move video call was a great touch and made the whole process feel well planned and reassuring.
Like others have mentioned, the speed was honestly impressive. From the moment they arrived at our flat to when they left us at the new house was just over five hours AND that included a 1.5-hour drive across London. In that time they took apart the furniture, loaded and unloaded the vans, and put everything back together in the rooms of our choice. Genuinely impressive.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving!

Ideal moving experience and value for money
The team was very quick, careful, and just did a great job in every way. They packed our entire flat with care in a couple of hours and got us into our new flat by noon. They were also pleasant and it was the ideal moving experience, with all of our possessions safe and sound. And the service is incredible value for our money.
