Kindness in Abundance

I registered to be a part of your event some time back. But the universe had other ideas; hubby and I came down with the Covid-like virus the day before the event. Billing issue resolved quickly

I had a billing issue with my subscription to the AI Mastermind program and the customer support team was very responsive, knowleadgeable and courteous. It was a great experience overall.

I realized that I had paid twice for a webinar, contacted support to verify and see what I needed to do next. They contacted me the vet next day, expected it to be longer, and had had already issued the refund for the second sign up for the webinar. Content is amazing- and so is the customer care team!

Not only is the content rich, intelligent, smart and practical - the care of the team members go beyond the main act of Tony and Dean. When I had an issue with my login ( oh, no!), I expected a major delay, back and forths that will just frustrate me. Not with this team. Maranda Holman jumped to assist, got back to me in one day and resolved my issue and updated my email for me- 10 out of 10. I had to send this review ! My appreciation- Erin D

Exceptional problem solving and efficient service.

Greedy & Sleazy

Dean is a glorified snake oil salesman. I purchased a program I never used and requested my money back. Despite the fact that I was sleeping in my car at the time, Dean (whose net worth is around $50 million) figured he needed that $1,000 more than I did. Nothing but stonewalling. No magnanimity or understanding. He (and Tony) are out to take as much as energy from people as they possibly can.

Excellent Customer Service

Well, as it turned out this was not a service that would work for me. I had an issue with the charge. I contacted support and found courteous support. My subscription was cancelled and my credit card refunded. I am pleased it all worked out.

Very unhappy that I clicked on what I thought was a $1 offer for Meant for More with Dean and Tony Robbins and have a charge of $85 pending. What the hell. I have emailed 'support' and expect this issue to be rectified ASAP.
