Our boiler broke down during a servicing and as it was fourteen years old it needed to be replaced. We weren't happy with the quote we received for a new boiler from our usual plumbing service so we contacted Stuart for a quote. His quote was several hundred pounds cheaper and we very much appreciated the money saved. During the installation there was a complication related to accessing the flue from outside and Stuart also sorted this out in a way that saved us money. The installation was very professionally done and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Stuart was brilliant as always. Serviced our boiler but spotted an issue with our immersion heater (had accidentally been switched on) which we hadn’t noticed as our boiler is in loft. Our bills had been very high for over 12 months so hopefully that’s the end of that issue. Would highly recommend this company and Stuart as a reliable and honest worker.

We recently decided our system needed an upgrade but were unsure of which option to take, Stuart took the time to understand what we wanted and made recommendations based on our needs and the house.
