The female dentist I saw for first implant scan was making lots of comments about my looks my ethnicity my hair cut ect, it was really awkward and weird. Then she tried to fit a large piece into my mouth to photograph, and it didn’t fit, no way I’m letting this woman place an implant. It turned out she also mislead me about the scan too, telling me tooth above implant site was malformed from childhood, totally made up. so glad I did not move forward and found another dentist.

I recently had a dental implant done at Dental Art Implant Clinic - East Finchley and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
After needing an implant for a long time—and putting it off due to some really bad past experiences with another dentist—I finally decided to take the plunge. It has genuinely been life changing.
Dr Andre Furlay carried out my treatment, assisted by Nadia, Stella and Csilla, and I can’t speak highly enough of them. From the very beginning, they were incredibly reassuring, patient, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable at every stage, and completely restored my confidence in dental care.
What really stood out to me is how caring and understanding the whole team is. They truly appreciate that not everyone walks in feeling relaxed, and they go above and beyond to make you feel at ease.
The clinic itself is modern, welcoming, and clearly very well equipped with advanced technology. It’s reassuring to know you’re in the hands of a highly experienced team that specialises in implants, with thousands of successful treatments behind them and an excellent success rate.
From the first consultation through to the final result, the level of professionalism and care has been outstanding. I genuinely cannot compliment the team enough.
If you’ve been putting off dental treatment like I was, I would highly, highly recommend this clinic — you’ll be in safe hands.

Misleading website and forceful telephone technique
Disappointed with the process, the website clearly states a free consultation and generation of a care plan. I connected with the teams and I was then told that I had to pay for this. Team were aggressive on the phone to the point of rudeness. Sad to have this experience as other reviews indicate the dental team are good.

Dental Art Implant Clinics
Be warned, the service is poor
I have used this provider in 2018 [for a single implant] and it was a really positive experience so I decided to use them again in relation to an unrelated loose tooth. However, I was really disappointed by the poor service. For example, I completed the online form beforehand, but it could not be located when I arrived so I was asked to complete it again using a slow ipad
The surgery had supposedly just started using a new IT package which meant that the dentist was unable to populate my proposed treatment plan with all the required information. Instead I was shown a partial treatment plan as a guide and I was assured I would be sent the complete treatment plan later that day.
Despite numerous texts, two messages and four unproductive telephone calls, I have only received verbal apologies and the partial plan to date! To compound matters, I was told today [07/07], due to problems sourcing the information from the dentist and updating the partial plan, my best option - to avoid further delay - is to book another 45 minutes appointment!
I have no confidence in the provider as a consequence and will go elsewhere.

I cannot recommend Dr. Andre Mateus Furlan Fay at Dental Art Implant Clinic highly enough. From the moment I walked in, he was the epitome of professionalism—calm, thorough, and genuinely caring. Unlike many other clinics that won’t touch dental work done abroad, Dr. Fay not only agreed to assess my implant (originally done in Turkey), but went above and beyond to help when the screw became loose.
He took his time to explain everything in clear, honest terms, paying exceptional attention to detail throughout. He meticulously cleaned the area and ensured I fully understood the possible outcomes. His transparency and care were truly reassuring.
What could have been a costly, stressful ordeal—possibly requiring another flight back to Turkey—was instead resolved locally, with great skill and compassion. Dr. Fay saved me from countless sleepless nights worrying about what to do.
If you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with genuine patient care, look no further. Dr. Fay is an absolute credit to his profession.

Super smooth process
Had a tooth extracted and implant in the same go..took 30min in total lol...very smooth process, no complaints at all. The implantologist and her assistant were super sweet and made me feel as cool as a cucumber, no nervous from my side. It's healing very nicely.

My dentist experience
At first I was nervous to go and see a dentist because I haven’t been in years. when I got there Dr. Eugenia and her colleague Nadia made me feel comfortable and relaxed told me what needs to be done. She said trust the process. Everything is coming together from when I first got there and now it’s amazing. Dr. Eugenia said just be patient and she wasn’t wrong there much love to the team for looking after me. I would recommend for anyone that’s interested in getting there teeth done very good environment and friendly staff
