I would like to share my horrible experience at this clinic. Two weeks ago, I had filler injections in my nasolabial folds with Dr AMAR. He made a serious error by injecting a thick filler without using cannula, which caused an infection and inflammation, I had vascular occlusion.
IT was so painful and I was so terrified, the next day he dissolved the product. I had to go to A&E, where they prescribed strong antibiotics and corticosteroids to reduce the inflammation.
Dr AMAR did not respond to these complications and did not assist me with this medical emergency ! A Total NEGLIGENCE. He has no knowledge of injections techniques, Facial anatomy or the right filler to inject!
What also shocked me was that he wanted to reinject me with the same filler even though the infection was still there ! I refused and wanted to take legal action he he didn’t refund me. Now I have to wait 4 months to ré-inject. I was very lucky because I could have Necrosis or even lost my eye sight, but the after -effects are still there. Please don’t trust them and, above all, stay away from this clinic. I don’t even know if Dr Amar and others are real doctors.

I have been coming to Dermis for over 7 years for botox and more recently for filler. The service is excellent and the results are brilliant - natural and subtle. I have tried other doctors over the course of the last few years and nothing compares to the results I get at Dermis.

I’ve been going to the Coulsdon clinic for a couple of years now. Always delighted with the results.

Love that we always have a discussion and advice and the treatment is super quick and easy. Clinic is immaculate and smart.

A massive thank you to Arf yet again wonderful result a true artist my lips look amazing and have booked in for my next botox. I have been seeing Arf for approximately 4 years and have never been disappointed from Botox filler and endo lift all procedures are carried out with full consultation and after care and nothing but first class friendly professional service all the way. 😀

i was choose an erect filler 15ml for 1200 GBP
and checking there photos and reviews.. seems to be really good clinic but Face the Truth is totally different !!

they inject 15 ml into my penile and all the filler is on 1 side... is not nice and even... they told me have to massage 3-4 times a day which i was done more then... but still not works.. all the filler is stick together and the result is shock..
was contact the ( EMMERGENCY ) number
And they Reply back 1 times a day .. this Aftercare service is rubbish.. there is no aftercare service.. only telling you massage your penile.. that's all .. this aftercare service ??

and you told me (to be honest) your result is not to bed for the first Session ) Because they want you to going back To pay an other 1200GBP
Why not told me on the first time the first session is not nice and even the filler should need correction !!.. this is missing from your website !!

All they want you to go back for the 2 session to pay more and more ... but we can stop them !! playing with people... we can take to the court .. here is my email if you want top join .. more people more power !

I would have given less than zero! I was unhappy with my double chin so I went to see Arf in November! Next thing I know my face was full of filler even in my cheeks that are naturally full! My whole face structure change and I hated to see myself in the mirror! And guess what: I m allergic to hyaluronidase so couldn’t get rid of it! Lumps of filler were around my nose: still some are! Chin with massive cheek! Spent more than 2k until now to take back my face! The reviews are fake as if you look at their dates , they are all in week to 5 month range!

I have been coming to Dr Arf for a few years now for Botox and filler. I have never been anywhere with such great results. Both Helen and Arf are so friendly every time I go and I would never go anywhere else. I trust them completely and would highly recommend.

I got my lips done months ago at the Coulsdon clinic. I was Intrigued to try them from seeing their Instagram results & 5 star reviews on Google.

After a couple of months after getting my lip filler done I become concerned with lumps & bumps appearing as you can see in the picture I’ve attached (they look like this from all angles zoom in & notice the two lines going down my top lip) even family & friends commented on this, & started pointing it out to go get them corrected.

I got around 0.5ml both sides of my lip so 1ml all together & only had my top lip done.

I contacted the clinic through WhatsApp & asked how much it was to get them dissolved as I wasn’t happy with the final results, they quoted £100.

I went to 2 different practitioners before paying any more money to this clinic, for some advise on my lips just to get a second opinion. Both of them explained that my filler was not performed correctly & I should ask for my money back. Considering I constantly massaged my lips day & night to try even out the lumps but nothing helped, both were confused why after me doing this they still had this appearance.

The clinic said they would book me in a “review appointment” but I needed to put down a £100 deposit to book this appointment. Why should any customer need to put down more money to get a 20/ 30min appointment to then be told I would need to put my £100 deposit towards getting my lips corrected if I decided to get them dissolved.

Being in the beauty industry myself if my client wasn't happy or satisfied with their results I wouldn’t dream of asking them to pay to fix something or even hold their money for my time if it wasn’t their fault.

Not every appointment should be treated the same- as I was told it was “A standard deposit required for every appointment”. Every case & client is different, I explained to the clinic that I really just wanted this to be corrected & didn’t want to “escalate” the situation, but was told by their receptionist Helen that this remark was threatening…

Any customer has a right to escalate a complaint especially if your literally altering someone’s appearance & doing it incorrectly shouldn’t sit right with any company.

I never asked for any money back as I can appreciate the practitioners time all I wanted was for my lips to be corrected & back to normal.

Future advice next time a customer has concerns don’t make it so difficult to try fix the problem, seems more money orientated then trying to do the moral thing for your customers.
