Great customer service, offered refreshments whilst we went through our requirements and order purchase, kids were also offered refreshments . Simple easy no hassle procedure and efficiently helped us with what we required.

Great choice of sofa's
Great choice of sofa's, chairs, rugs etc. Salesman was very polite & informative. The only downfall is the lead time of 12 weeks for a single chair!

Really disappointed with dfs
Really disappointed with dfs, we ordered a 7 day express delivery sofa on 11 july 2026 and up to now we still haven't received the sofa, customer service is rude and now telling us next delivery date is 9 August!
Better to go for the ones that will take weeks to deliver

I have taken a look into your order and can see the furniture is estimated to be due into your local warehouse by Monday 3rd August, once this has arrived we will be able to look into an earlier delivery slot for you. Please be rest assured we will aim to deliver your furniture as soon as possible.
