Staff member, Sarah, was very helpful. She explained everything clearly so I could make the right choice. She was friendly and professional.

we have previously called at this store but was unable to purchase (not sold our suite)but staff very helpful.
today we was greeted by a salesman (Richard) he was very polite and helpful we had no hesitation in buying the suite we required, thank you.

Best furniture warehouse out there

I found the service I received was excellent lovely assistant Celina so helpful and kind I’d give her 10/10 I’m 84 lady she kindly helped me to sort things glad I chose your store for to buy my chair

We met Celine about a week ago when we first visited Aintree DFS to look for sofas, and she was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She was friendly and patient throughout, and that made such a positive impression that we came back. Excellent service throughout and an enjoyable experience especially because we were with kids and they felt very comfortable as well. I would rate Celine 10/10. Highly recommended

The sales advisor jack made the whole experience of buying a new sofa such an easy one.
He was patient and walked me around the sofas that I had expressed an interest in.
He then helped with colour, style, finance and anything else that needed to be arranged.
If all advisors were like jack, choosing household items would be so much easier.
Can’t recommend dfs enough.

Mixed feelings here - in-store experience was great and enjoyed browsing. However, I informed the sales person that I had carpets throughout and yet gliders for the sofa were recommended as apparently they would help with moving the furniture. Today the sofa was delivered (more than a few problems here to say the least !) and the delivery guys said there was no point fitting the gliders as they would fall off as soon as they were pulled across the carpet and gliders were really for laminate or wooded floors. I'm currently waiting for DFS to call me regarding a refund for the gliders.
