Recently bought a 3 seater and an armchair from DFS. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Jack was extremely pleasant and beyond helpful. Highly recommend Jack and DFS Middlebrook.

Great super friendly staff even got a hug at the end - highly recommend.

I am writing this with absolute outrage. After enduring months of unreasonable delays and constant chasing, DFS finally delivered my furniture today, only to hand over what can only be described as damaged, structurally compromised trash.
The quality control at DFS is clearly non-existent. My order arrived in a condition that is completely unacceptable for new furniture:
Damaged Wooden Legs: Scratched, chipped, scuffed, and one leg is even smeared with white paint.
Torn Fabric: A visible tear right along the seam line of the upholstery.
Structurally Unsafe: The sofas are dangerously loose, wobbly, and squeaky due to worn-out, loose metal hinges.
Improper Packaging: Arrived wrapped in a cheap, messy plastic sheet. Even your own delivery driver inspected the items, agreed the condition was totally unacceptable, and confirmed this was NOT official factory packaging.
To make a customer wait for months and then deliver items in this state is a complete insult. I do NOT want a refund; I demand an IMMEDIATE FULL REPLACEMENT of this entire defective set and the urgent collection of these damaged items.
Fix this immediately before I escalate this matter to Trading Standards and the Furniture Ombudsman. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

We walked in with a sofa in mind and Adam showed us exactly what we wanted. Very helpful advice and took time to discuss our options.

We were looked after by Enrique and Wardah today who were both well informed and very helpful, resulting in the speedy purchase of a new sofa.
I do wish the non-optional delivery costs were more explicitly displayed in store - but overall we found what we wanted at a good price!

As I was happy with my old suit from DFS I decided to call into my local store to pick a new one, I spoke to Soni who was very helpful and explained all about the suit that I had chosen

I visited middlebrook store yesterday with my granddaughter to order a new couch. A lovely lady went through everything with me very clearly. Apologies I have forgotten her name. Made everything very straight forward and done and dusted. Been buying from dfs for 20 years with no issues.. hopefully this continues 😊.

We have been looking for a new sofa , for the last two weeks. Tonight was the night we finally bought one.
Steph the adviser , was fab.she left us alone, but was extremely helpful when we needed advise.
She was fab, down to earth. Not pushy or persuasive which sometimes comes with the selling of sofas. A credit to the comoany
