Lovely helpful staff very pleased with their service

We have purchased items from DFS previously, the last time was with the same member of the sales team. On this and the previous occasion, he was very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with our latest purchase

All in all very good from the moment we got there to the end sale

I went to get a sofa and ended up getting everything I needed for my new house with such good prices. Akash was such good help, talked me through everything and helped me come to my decision would definitely recommend asking for him when going there!!!

The staff member Akash was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without any pressure. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Nice experience, went to look for the sofa set we already looked before a week ago but was not sure about the colour so today went to decide the colour and ended up buying it. All went okay. Xx

We spoke to Akash who took our order. He explained everything clearly and talked us through al the options in great detail making the whole process simple and straightforward. I am a repeat customer and no doubt will go back to DFS again in the future.

We had a very disappointing experience at the DFS Bradford store. The sales advisor was polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, so we appreciate their help.

Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was completely different. As customers making a significant purchase, we naturally wanted to ask questions and see if there were any available deals or options. Instead of responding professionally, the manager told us, "Either take it or leave it." We found this comment dismissive and disrespectful.
We understand that discounts are not always possible, and we fully respect that. However, there is a respectful way to communicate with customers. The manager's attitude made us feel unwelcome and undervalued.

Based on our experience, we would not recommend the DFS Bradford store to anyone
