Friendly staff with no pressure to buy. Young lady was very helpful and listened to what I needed. The store is immaculatey clean. Very good service.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and made to feel welcome. They let us know they were available if we needed any assistance, while also giving us space to browse at our own pace.
Zara was our sales advisor, and she was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything clearly when we were making our purchase and ensured we fully understood all the information. She also encouraged us to ask questions and was happy to answer them. Her helpful and professional approach made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The lady who supported me to order my new sofa ,was very proffesional, knowledgeable, friendly,very supportive, always smiling,she was lovely.

Brilliant service, was patient with us and explained everything well to us.

Guys were great who delivered it. Did not test the electrics on sofa when fitted and one side wont recline at all. I did ring them but to no answer. Waiting now for a mechanic to come out and hopefully fix the problem with it. It all worked fine in the show room. So expect to buy what i saw a fully working recliner couch.
Will update when mechanic has been.
Mechanic came it was just the fitters who did not correcr the wires cirrectly. So all good x deffo worth buying from.

Took a trip to the Bradford Forster square store, picked two sofas & Paul sorted everything for us from start to finish.
Nice & polite bloke & he leaves you to look around & to make choices for yourselves without been a usual pushy salesman that you find nearly everywhere now, both the corner sofa & cinema sofa are great, very comfortable & were delivered with care.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience really & delivered within a week.

Zara provided fantastic service from start to finish. We bought our sofas from DFS two days ago and took quite a while to decide which ones to choose. Throughout the process, Zara was always available whenever we needed advice or had questions.

She was friendly, patient, and never made us feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
