The sales lady was very welcoming and had a full knowledge of our requirement.

We knew what we wanted so just needed to organise getting it. Sorting everything out was a breeze, Rhys made it all very easy to understand and explained everything as it came up

We had an excellent experience with DFS from start to finish. Jacob was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us choose the perfect sofa. He explained all the options clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We never felt rushed, and his excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable. We’re very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend DFS, especially Jacob, to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service.

Robyn remembered us from a previous visit and knew what we were interested in. She was very helpful and explained all about the sofas in detail.

We spent around two hours in the store, and throughout the entire visit she took the time to go through every detail of what we were looking for. Her patience, knowledge, and attention to detail meant we found the perfect sofa for our home.

Her professionalism was outstanding, and her friendly, personable approach made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. We’ve already recommended her to friends and family, and we wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
