Really comfy couch and was delivered within 1 week

The salesperson Lana was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Went through everything with us about cleaning the sofa etc and was so pleasant and friendly. She is an asset to DFS

We went shopping for a settee, we met a very helpful young lady, who explained everything to my mother. She was pleasant and did not just do a sales pitch. More like her are needed. As the face of your company.

Whilst shopping for a couch in dfs, I was greeted by a lovely sales person (Isabelle). She was so lovely and not at all intrusive as I browsed. She answer any queries I had, and was extremely helpful when I finally made a decision to buy. Even after I purchased the product she rang me to confirm a doubt I had regarding a 3 or 2 seater.

Diligent and intelligent staff member Alison had her head on right.

We recently purchased a sofa and armchair from DFS in Carrickmines and had a great experience from start to finish. James looked after us and was excellent, friendly, very knowledgeable, and walked us through everything with great detail. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole process really easy. Delighted with the service and would definitely recommend asking for James if you’re visiting.

Was told my order would take 9 weeks ended up taking nearly 3 months when it arrived it was damaged waiting on 3 replacement cushion covers sales girls are very lovely but do not know to much about your order after u placed it was told we would receive a good will gesture but never received it because of the delay very disappointed with the service provided for such an expensive item

Staff member Ashna was super excellent, professional and friendly; we walked into that store to have a look only and ended up buying the 3 + 2 seater for our new home. Salesperson Ashna was extremely patient and answered all our questions; the total process was so smooth and clear. strongly suggested visiting that shop at any time.

Lots of great options available, and very customizable too. We were helped by Lana, who was very patient and helpful and went through dozens of options to meet our specific requirements from the wide variety of sofas available.

Sinead in store was a great help & couldn't do enough to help. The guys delivering & installing were lovely, quick & cleaned up after themselves. And the sofa is fabulous. The lead time was much shorter than initially expected. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

Staff easy to deal with very knowledgeable about products and pricing is very competitive

She was an excellent help throughout - from taking the time to assist me while browsing, answering my all my queries, to placing the order - she provided all the help I could need and made the process of buying my first sofa an enjoyable (and stress-free) experience!

Bought a new couch from dfs and are am so excited for it to come. Lana was amazing and we feel fully confident in the choice and service provided!

The salesperson was amazing, she listened to what myself and my partner were looking for and helped us find a happy medium. Answered all our questions and allowed us time to chat to choose the right one out of all the options she gave us.

We were at your Carrickmines store yesterday.
Ann was wonderful from start to finish.Her knowledge of all products were second to none.
We were treated so well,no hard sell,just the perfect amount.
Yes the sofa sold itself,but trust me Ann made the sale way more easy for us to decide.
DFS are very lucky to have her.
I’m in business 30 yrs,and I’d fight to have her work for me.
Her calm tone,easy manner but her knowledge on everything was outstanding.I presume she is the manager,if not she should be.
