Postive in-store experience
I haven't yet received my sofa bed but my purchasing experience in store was very positive, and when I had a subsequent query, the call centre had the store revert to me very quickly to deal with it. So far I am happy!

Very positive experience
My husband and I had a very positive experience in DFS last weekend. Having decided on our sofas, we were then assisted by James through all stages of the process. He was extremely courteous and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
