About to go into the fifth month…
About to go into the fifth month waiting for our delivery. Multiple calls and staff member had no idea where their distribution centre was but was going to get them to call us, well still waiting.
Have spent a small fortune with this company but there is no one who can answer us. On our previous order we were left short on sliders, staff said they had posted them twice, well no sliders. Eventually we had to go back to the store and they gave us the sliders. This took time and effort.
In the meantime we have a 92 year old woman with dementia sitting on a outdoor chair because we were supposed to receive our order on the 14th July (which was already 2 weeks late) but have no idea when we will receive these lazyboys recliners. I wish somebody in the company would take responsibility and just do better.

Second Sofa bought - Great Service!
I have bought my second sofa from DFS Carrickmines and I have to say the experience was seamless.
The sofa I wanted was not in the showroom, but Isabelle showed me a similar sofa in the bracket of the one I wanted.
Isabelle was able to order the sofa I wanted with no issues.
