Very welcome staff and very helpful

Fantastic service so far (delivery is yet to come!) but shop service was excellent!

Very helpful, not pushy, considerate and quick!

Sales assistant was most accommodating, during the sale negotiations.

On entering the store Mike was the person who came forward to greet us and ask what help we needed.
He pointed out the chair models to suit us, their finishes, availability, cost etc.
Having taken our time to try out seating we explained our position of needing more time to arrive at a decision and left.
Later the same afternoon we returned and spoke to Mike again and when satisfied he talked us through the purchasing process.
Mike took the time to explain exactly what we were choosing, its delivery and aftercare, as well as insurance and payment. At all times he was informative, calm, kind, friendly and helpful.
Mike made the whole experience a very positive one.

I went looking for a sofabed and your salesman helped a great deal. Initially, he showed me what was available in the shop and took the trouble to show me just how the beds opened up. I then went to look at beds in two other shops before returning to buy the first one I had seen. The same salesman then gave me a masterclass in all I needed to know about the delivery, care an available options for the sofabed. I was very impressed.

The lady who served us was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She made allowances for my disabled husband and overall made our sofa buying experience very relaxed and informative.

Absolutely thrilled with my visit to DFS. The customer service was top-notch and made a potentially stressful decision so much fun. Everything was explained clearly, and I feel confident in my choice. Counting down the days until our new sofa arrives!! thank you to the amazing team

We had visited before for a look and returned a few days later for the purchase. The store staff remembered us and we made our purchase without any hassle. Sadly I did not notice our member of staff's name, but I can highly recommend her as she listened to our needs.

I purchased a sofa today. I already had an idea of what I wanted. We had a gentleman approach us about what we were looking for. He was fantastic start to finish. He wasnt to pushy which is what would have put me off as I already pretty much knew what I wanted. Great experience all round. I dont remember his name but I purchased a Ravina Sofa at 1.15pm on 7th June in Cheltenham so that should narrow it down.
