The experience from the person who…
The experience from the person who served us was very good and efficient. The delivery was very efficient. The delivery we thought they would be putting the arms on as i had paid £100 for but the arms were already on. I have asked for my money back but have not heard from them i am a pensioner. All went through door ok, have now found a tiny ddefault right near the bottom

Awful experience Christchurch
Went into Christchurch brand, first customer in at 10am. For over 15 minutes they stood chatting in their office, then they came out the back to make a coffee and continued talking. I asked if anyone was free to help me, I stood about 2 metres away. They were very disinterested and were more engaged with their personal conversation. It seemed a chore, the coffee machine was a clear priority.
I advised I would return the same day with my partner to purchase a £2500 sofa.
I returned at 7pm, no other customers were in the store. The two colleagues were sat with their feet up on the sofas, did not come over to assist and were playing on their phones. One of their boyfriends was sat there watching YouTube. We had to shout over a few times for questions, to which they stayed SEATED and just called over. “You’ll had to have a look” was even said.
I wanted to pay and order the sofa, but honestly the service was so poor, I wouldn’t bother returning in store again. It will be no surprise when the high street closes with service and care like this.
Unbelievably poor attitude, attention and care from 4 different colleagues in the Christchurch branch. I would not recommend

Sofacare was described as a Scotchgard ™️ however it’s actually a Guardsman insurance package. This term should not be confused.
The young lady’s new and was very professional in her approach.

Good display of furniture
We found Maxine, very helpful in advising us of the full product and after service care available.
Friendly and professional at the same time.
The store itself is clean, warm light and airy making the whole experience comfortable, having enough time to make a decision without pressure.

On arrival Maxine in the Christchurch showroom came straight over and took us from start to finish to purchase a sofa and armchair with all the accessories... Great sales people are the fabric of the business (no pun intended)... Keep up the good work.

First class instore experience.
Gintare was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to comprehensively answer all my questions. She explained clearly, the order and options available. She provided an excellent service and is a superb ambassador for DFS.
